Caroline cleared her throat and slowed down just enough so that she was by my side. "Do you need anything to take a shower with?" Caroline asked before she cocked her head while she studied me with a raised eyebrow. "Or do you think you have everything that you need to take one?"

"I think I have everything," I said and shook my head, pressing my lips into a thin line. "I mean, I still have my pouch that has stuff for me. I also have other clothes, so I am going to go ahead and change into them as soon as I am done with my shower."

Caroline slowly nodded and bit the inside of her lip. "What type of clothes are you going to be wearing?" she asked and cocked her head while she studied me further. "I mean, do you have anything that you are partially fond of, or..?"

"Jeans, tshirts, and boots," I said and shrugged with a small grimace on my face. "That's what I normally wear. I also like to wear a jean jacket, but I think I am either going to have to figure out a way to either get blood out of it or see if there is another one."

"Do you normally have different colors that you can wear?" she asked and cocked her head to the side, and I nodded in confirmation. "Like what?"

"It's mainly gray, but I sometimes dress like the forest colors, too," I said with a small laugh in my voice, shaking my head. "I like greens and browns, and I sometimes wear them together. My sister will tease me about looking like a forest."

Caroline bit back a small chuckle and slowly nodded. She cleared her throat and licked her lips while she grew serious. "Well, we dress that way, too," she said and folded her arms across her chest while she tapped her side. "I mean, we don't want people to be able to see us while we walk around outside of this safe place."

I slowly nodded and pressed my lips into a thin line. I looked around before I looked at her. "Well, I guess that means we can stay looking that way while we work on everything," I said, and she hesitated before she slowly nodded while she bit the inside of her lip. "Or do you want to wear something different?"

Caroline shrugged and grimaced, pressing her lips into a thinner line. She did not say a word and grabbed her whole body tighter. She looked around before she looked at me with wide eyes filled with doubt and worry.

I frowned and furrowed my brows while I studied her, raising an eyebrow in question. "Are you ok, Caroline?" I asked and cocked my head closer to my chest and continued to study her further. "What's wrong?"

Caroline bit back a tired sigh and shook her head. "I don't know," she said, softly. She licked her lips before she cleared her throat and shifted on her feet. "I just... I don't know." She bit back another tired sigh while she moved and a hand through her hair, grimacing. "Anwyay, is there something else you like to wear?"

"Band t-shirts," I said and shrugged with a small grimace on my face, even though I bit back a small smile. "I like band t-shirts, and that is about it. I hate dresses."

Caroline bit back a small laugh. "What?" she asked and raised an eyebrow in question, and I nodded in confirmation. "You hate dresses?"

"Yes," I said and laughed. "I hate dresses and so does Mom. I have a few pictures of her in dresses, but I don't have that many. She has started to dress nicer as she has gotten older, but she is mainly in jeans and t-shirts, too."

Caroline slowly nodded and bit the inside of her lip, furrowing her brows while she pouted. "Can I see them?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. She looked at me from the corner of her eye before she looked toward the way that we were going. "Or do you have them?"

I shrugged and grimaced, pressing my lips into a thin line. "I don't know," I said. I cleared my throat and rubbed my hands together. "I can see if I can pull something from my pouch, but I will do that after I am done with my shower."

"That'll be cool," she said and slowly nodded, furrowing her brows. "Do you think that you have a picture of their wedding?" she asked and cocked her head to the side while she studied me. "Or are they even married?"

I laughed and slowly nodded. "They are married," I said before I cleared my throat and licked my lips. "I think I was there and so was Keagen. I think I was wearing a small dress with a little headband."

"I think you looked cute." She flashed me a small smirk and a wink, and I rolled my eyes and bit back a small smile. "Did your mom look beautiful?"

"Yes, she looked beautiful," I said and nodded, biting back a small laugh in my voice. "Aunt Gigi was the one who did her hair, and Grams had done some magical stuff with floating candles and whatever for the ceremony. It was amazing, even though I do not remember it at all."

Caroline furrowed her brows and bit the inside of her lip. "Was there an aisle that she walked down?" she asked and cocked her head to the side while she studied me, and I nodded in confirmation.

"Uncle Rhett walked her down the aisle. I was the flower girl, and Keagen was the ring bearer. Aunt Gigi was in charge of us as well as being the maid of honor." I smiled sadly and shook my head, and my heart yearned to be with my family again, even though I knew that it wasn't time. "Mom put Uncle Thaddeus in a dress. He was a bridesmaid while Aunt Melina, his mate, was a groomsman, opposite to him." I bit back a small smile and shrugged. "Aunt Bailey was in a suit, too."

Caroline laughed and nodded. "What about Chris?" she asked. "Was he in a dress?"

"Yes," I said and nodded, biting back a small laugh. "They looked amazing, especially with Uncle Thaddeus's red puff hair all over the place." I gestured toward my head as to where his hair was located during the wedding, and Caroline laughed.

"It sounds like you all had an amazing time," she said and cleared her throat to hide another time. "Did you have a fun time?" she asked and raised an eyebrow in question.

I shrugged and grimaced, biting back a small smile. "I guess," I said before I cleared my throat and shifted on my feet. "I do not know because I was still a small child. I do not remember anything about the wedding at all."

She furrowed her brows and slowly nodded, biting the inside of her lip. "Have there been any other weddings that you have been to?" she asked and raised an eyebrow in question.

I shrugged and grimaced, pressing my lips into a thin line. "I have been to a few of them, and they were with family, but again I was still too young to remember any of the weddings that I have been to," I replied before I cleared my throat and shrugged with a small grimace on my face. I mainly remember coronations, birthdays, family get togethers, or any mateships that we needed to be a part of because of me being an Alpha's daughter."

"And not just that but also being the red wolf's daughter. Right?" She furrowed her brows and cocked her head to the side while she studied me, pouting just a tad.

I chuckled sadly and slowly nodded, and my heart became filled with pain and sadness. "Ya," I said and licked my lips, biting back a tired sigh. "A lot of stuff I have been to is because I am the Red Wolf's Daughter, something that comes with stuff attached to its name just as much as something else..."

Something like being the Red Wolf itself...
