Today was a big day for me: I finally pulled the trigger to get back in the studio! Except this time, Zak and I were able to expand the plans of what was once an at-home studio to an actual place that was expanded for advanced music recording equipment - the little black house directly next to the museum! He had it remodeled to be a place where eventually, employees of the museum would be invited to holiday parties or their birthday parties, museum surveillance on the second floor, and an overall place to hang out when Zak would spend time at the museum. I was beyond grateful for what he had done for me, and I was beyond excited to record my new song in a new studio with advanced equipment that I had been saving up so long for.

Since we had gotten back from Indiana, Zak seemed to have changed mentally. Whatever he saw  during his investigation of the Demon House, seemed to really take a major toll on him, and with the footage I saw, I don't blame him at all.

Since he got back from Indiana, he immediately set up an appointment with an Optometrist as he kept complaining of severe pain from the back of his eyes, later being diagnosed with Diplopia, or double vision. This condition made his eyes begin to cross soon after he got out of that house, heavily relying on me or his mom to drive him back and forth from the doctor until he got a diagnosis and treatment.

He now has to wear prism glasses to help correct his double vision and to avoid surgery that could lead to permanent blindness in both of his eyes.

Since then, he had seemed to grow rather irritated with bright lighting that causes headaches, and again, I didn't blame him because bright lights and sunlight caused my head to ache too as I was still recovering from my TBI.

When I parked my car at the new location of the studio, yes, I finally got a car of my own so that I don't have to drive my tank of a dually around to run errands! It's a 2017 Charger Hellcat - black exterior with purple oracle/running lights. It's my first car that I bought brand new, and I was still beyond ecstatic to finally have the car of my dreams!

Taking another glance at my new car before I entered the house, I sat down my coffee and hung up my purse, walking into the new studio to take a look at the new and advanced equipment that I was blessed to now have.
