When you lose hope in a dream sometimes all you're left with are sleepless nights. While some call the doctor for a refill I find the best solution is a full social calendar.

"If we spend the entire time kissing on church property people are going to think we're the ones getting married." Ophelia whispered between kisses, her smile large as she momentarily stepped back to look at Nate. "Now would that be such a bad thing?". The Archibald teased but Ophelia still felt her heart skip at the suggestion. Stepping back further for air and a moment to clear her mind the heiress adjusted the light grey plaid suit jacket she paired with a matching mini skirt whilst glancing towards the church doors. "Considering we're only 18 and haven't even graduated high school yet? Yes it would be."

Nate laughed at the heiress' words, nodding in agreement before taking her hand and leading her into the church where his family awaited. "Looks like I'll have to return the ring I bought then." The joke made Ophelia halt in her step, looking towards the boy with a serious expression before Nate began to laugh and encourage her forward. "It's just a joke Lia. Don't look so horrified." With a reassuring kiss on her lips Nate smiled down at the girl before gasping slightly in remembrance.

"Oh, I have news! I got into Columbia." "What? I didn't even know you applied!". Ophelia exclaimed in excitement, wrapping her arms around the boy in front of her before kissing him once more. "I just wanted to see if I could get into a university without my family's interference - you know how it is, I needed that accomplishment for myself." The Archibald boy explained whilst the heiress nodded in agreement, wholeheartedly understanding. "Do you think you'll choose that over Yale?". "I'm not entirely sure, but it feels good to be able to choose."

Heels clicking against the church floorboards made the pair step aside slightly to greet Maureen with a smile. Ophelia was still unsure about the woman's intentions with Nate but considering she was due to be married in under twenty-four hours the heiress decided to play nice. "Ophelia, it's so sweet of you to come. Tripp told me all about you and Nate." "Yes, well how can I turn down that face?". The ravenette smiled sweetly, stepping into the Archibald's side. "Well, we better get up there. The rehearsal is starting." Maureen replied before practically skipping down the aisle towards the rest of the Vanderbilt's.

"Come with me." Nate encouraged, his hand inside Ophelia's as he ensured she was included despite not being in the wedding party. "Ophelia. So good to see you again." Tripp greeted politely, biting back the urge to comment on his cousin's new relationship with the rather outspoken heiress. "Tripp. I can't believe you're getting married tomorrow. I'll make sure to send my condolences to Maureen." Ophelia sassed causing the rest of the family to laugh along, not truly understanding the extent of the pair's history. "I'll be over there."

Kissing Nate on the cheek the ravenette made her way towards a nearby church pew, watching the formalities take place but mostly she just thought about how good Nate looked standing at the end of the aisle. "Ophelia, it's good to see you." William greeted as he took a seat beside the young girl. "Mr. Vanderbilt. The wedding is going to be beautiful." Ophelia complimented, knowing the man's money was the main funding behind the display in front of them. "It's reached my ears that Nate has been accepted into Columbia. Has he spoken to you of his intentions?".
