Spotted at Mood, Jenny Humphrey buying 16 years of tulle but since when does Eleanor Waldorf pay for her purchases with a penny jar? They say a stitch in time saves nine. Will it save Little J?

"You've been holding onto this information for a whole week!". Carrington yelled in shock, throwing a pillow towards her ravenette best friend as she tried to process exactly what Ophelia had let slip. "I didn't exactly want to advertise the fact I had managed to be hurt by Nathaniel... again." Letting out an aggravated sigh the heiress did her best to ignore the pain through her heart. "Isn't Jenny like 14? That's kind of disgusting." "You're telling me." Rolling her eyes to avoid her true feelings the ravenette turned back to her designs, determined to get a new line out before the end of the season.

A loud knock on the door caused both girls to look toward the sound with a jolt. "Sorry El, didn't mean to scare you. I just wanted to let you know I just got off the phone with our family lawyers." Spencer's head tilted towards the dining room before leading both girls to their makeshift study. "What did they have to say? Please I cannot handle any more bad news." Ophelia pleaded, desperate to hear exactly what was said. "That depends on how you define bad news." Instantly feeling deflated the heiress slumped her body in the chair beside them, her eyes trained on the papers in front of her as she began to conjure a million potential ways to turn around her business endeavor.

"Carrington, do you want to grab us the bottle of champagne from the kitchen?". Spencer's voice was light-hearted now, a smile wide on his face as he watched his little sister glance upon him with hope. "Say hello to your newest real estate heiress - Ophelia!". At the news the blonde best friend immediately began cheering, popping the bottle of champagne making the ravenette jump out of shock. "You're joking right? They said yes?". Eagerly standing the older boy wrapped his arms around his little sister. "Consider it an early birthday present. They said yes, the skyline is yours."

Tears began streaming down the Waldorf-Huntington girl's face as she smiled in disbelief, being handed a glass of champagne by her best friend who soon crushed her in a hug of her own. "To O!". Carrington exclaimed, raising her glass between the three of them as she celebrated her best friend's achievements. The feeling in the room was one of pure happiness as the trio sat down and began brainstorming future development plans. Ophelia had a brief idea of what she wanted to do with the skyline but simply owning it was already overwhelming enough.

"So, what's your next move?". Spencer questioned a few hours later once Carrington had eventually left the siblings alone. "Would it be insane to say I'm not entirely sure? I didn't even think our parents would agree to my proposal, nor did I think our lawyers and agents would manage to purchase the building so quickly." Finally having a chance to reflect on the news the ravenette remained overwhelmed, her mind completely distracted from Nate and now solely focused on her new business. "You want to use it for your fashion line, right? Why don't we focus on restoring the property and then you'll have a proper place to work and design whilst you finish your schooling."
