Every war has it's weapons. But on the Upper East Side, the rules of battle are simple: There are no rules.

"Hmm is this part of my birthday surprise?". Nate's voice caused Ophelia to jump slightly, shoving the fake gun into the leather bag in front of her before turning around. "This is actually for Blair, she's trying to keep Chuck happy after the whole 'I'm your dead mother, actually I'm not but I stole your hotel' thing." Placing a kiss on her boyfriend's lips the heiress moaned into the boy's mouth. "You have to go get ready, you've got lunch with your grandfather today." Ophelia announced, smiling as Nate tried to pull her back towards the bedroom. "I still have time, you can show me just how much you love me." The Archibald teased but Ophelia did her best to remain firm. "Go. Now."

Pointing towards the bedroom Nate stole another kiss before raising his hands in defeat and walking back off to get ready for his lunch. "Happy birthday." Ophelia called out after him, sighing with relief when she heard the bedroom door close. "Dorota, you're in the clear." At her words Dorota stuck her head out of the bathroom door, doing her best to remain hidden from the birthday boy. "Are you sure Mr, Nate likes this Assassin thing?". Dorota wondered, pointing to the bag behind Ophelia's back. "Trust me, he loves it. We just have to make sure he doesn't find out before tonight. Now, did you get his phone?".

Checking behind her to make sure the coast was still clear Dorota pulled Nate's phone from her apron and handed it over to Ophelia. "Perfect. Now if anyone posts about his party, he won't be able to see it." Placing his phone in her purse the heiress asked Dorota to hide the bag of props before she walked out of the apartment to meet up with Blair in search for the perfect outfits for later that night.

"B you should've seen the look on his face, he was like a sad puppy dog." Ophelia explained, feeling bad for having to lie to Nate and pretend she had nothing planned. "Cruel to be kind, O. Nate's going to be fine." The less than enthusiastic response made the heiress turn her body fully toward her cousin. "No word from Chuck yet?". "He's sitting down with Satan. He's gonna lay everything on the table and hope Jack grabs at something with his greedy little claws in exchange for the hotel. He's come so far. He's become the person I always knew he could be and now he could lose it all because he opened his heart to that con artist."

Looking through the racks of clothes beside her Ophelia did her best to reassure her cousin. "Everything's going to work out B. Chuck knows he always has you, even if that means having to build everything up from the ground again. He can do it." Blair sighed at the heiress' words as opposed to finding them comforting. "You don't understand. The hotel is proof that Bart was wrong about Chuck. It's become who he is." The Waldorf girl explained. "Then show him he's more than that. I understand the connection Chuck has to the Empire, I feel the same way with The Gilded Willow but at the end of the day it's just brick and mortar, you're more important than that. Now, buy this dress."
