Alex wakes up next to Connor the morning after his birthday. He can't believe Connor slept over. Maybe him and Connor could be happy together. Maybe they did have something special.
"I love you, Jude" Connor mumbled in his sleep.
That ruined the moment. Alex snuck out of his bedroom. This was going to be a long day.
At school, Alex walks down the hallway with Daria.
"So what did you do after we left the party?" Daria asked. "You usually call me late. And for some reason you didn't last night."
Alex looked at her.
"I had sex with Connor" Alex spit out.
Daria gasped.
"Oh my god how was lt?" Daria asked. Alex gave her a look. "What? When I dated him I never got that far so tell me all the details. Is he big?"
Alex rolls his eyes.
"At least tell me if it was good" Daria said.
"Very" Alex blushed.
"Do you like him again?" Daria asked.
"Yeah" Alex said. "But this morning I woke up next to him..."
"He stayed over?" Daria asked shocked. "This is serious."
"Anyway" Alex interrupted. "This morning he mumbled something in his sleep about loving Jude."
"So do you think he's using you again?" Daria asked.
"No" Alex replied. "I mean he isn't going to Jude or kissing me in front of Jude."
"How did this even happen?" Daria asked. "Did he get you drunk? I will so kick his ass."
"No he didn't" Alex said. "I was the one who asked if he would do it with me. I mean look at him he's cute and adorable and attractive and he defended me so much this year. And I guess the whole time I was falling for him again."
"What are you going to tell Jude?"
Jude makes out with Jake at his locker and Taylor rolls her eyes.
"I swear all you two do is have sex" Taylor said. "There are other things to do other than sex."
"But my boyfriend is hot" Jake said.
Jude smiled.
"Your so sweet!" Jude replied kissing Jake.
Taylor rolled her eyes. She then see Daria talking to Alex. She stared at Daria looking love sick. She wasn't sure what to do. Before she could turn around Alex caught her.
"Oh crap" Taylor said out loud.
"What?" Jake asked. "Don't worry we won't make a dirty movie."
"I just remembered I'm on my period" Taylor said rushing off.
Jude and Jake exchanged awkward looks.
At lunch, Alex sits with Jude.
"So where's your boyfriend?" Alex asked.
"Somewhere."
"Jude" Alex said. "I have to tell you something. And it's kinda awkward and scary to talk about."
"Okay?"
"So last night" Alex said. "After my birthday party was over Connor stayed back and you know we have been flirting lately."
