Jude walked down the hallway with Alex.
"Me and Jake have been arguing non stop" Jude told Alex. "I don't get what his problem is. But it's seriously making me mad."
"Maybe you should dump him" Alex suggested.
"What about you and Connor?" Jude asked Alex. "How is that going?"
"Connor and I are just friends" Alex said. "That's all we'll ever be."
"But you two had sex" Jude replied. "Does that mean you regret?"
"No I don't regret it" Alex said. "it felt good to be with someone in that way especially someone who really cares about me. So I don't regret it."
"So was he trying to use you?" Jude asked.
"No" Alex told Jude. "He was trying to make his heart fall in love with me but it just couldn't so I let him go. His heart belongs to someone else."
"Who?" Jude asked.
"The person it's always belonged too" Alex told Jude. "You."
Jude was confused about how he felt about Jake and Connor. Who did he love more? He just didn't know.
"Do you still love Jake?" Jude asked.
"Jake?" Alex replied amused. "No I will never love him again. He broke my heart. He's a selfish bastard. And you deserve better."
They then stopped walking and talking because they came face to face with Craig. He had a huge grin on his face.
"Well hey rock thrower" Craig greeted Alex. "Thanks for paying for the damages. I mean why would you throw a rock at my car?"
"I was pretending it was your face" Alex replied.
"Well stop throwing stuff and you won't have to pay for what you've done" Craig said.
"When will you pay for what you've done?" Alex asked.
"Never" Craig smiled. "Alex we should go on a date. I mean we've already done it so why not? See you around cutie."
Craig touches Alex as he was leaving. Alex felt uncomfortable.
"He's gone" Jude told Alex. "Your okay now. I promise."
Taylor sits in class with Daria.
"Daria?" Taylor asked. "Can I ask you something?"
"Sure."
"Would you go for me if you liked girls?" Taylor asked. "It's just a random question."
"I don't know" Daria said. "I mean if I was going to go for a girl it totally be you."
Daria smiles at Taylor. Taylor feels herself blushing. She isn't sure if Daria was flirting with her or if it was her imagination. She hopes it was real.
"Taylor" Daria said. "I have an idea. We should finish this paper after school?"
Taylor smiles at Daria.
"Sure."
At lunch, Jude sits with Taylor and Jake.
"Where's Alex and Daria?" Jude asked.
"Dance practice" Taylor replied. "I still can't believe your giving up on dance."
"I hated it" Jude replied. "Mariana is annoying as a leader so I had to quit."
Jake doesn't look at either of them.
