Jude watches as Chloe is put on a stretcher. He covers his mouth and Lena pulls him close. He breaks down.
"She's going to be fine" Lena promises. "She has to be."
Jude cried.
"Go inside love" Stef told Jude. "Okay? Just go inside. You shouldn't be out here."
Jude walked inside and sat on the couch. He was worried about Chloe. He knew him and Chloe weren't friends but she didn't deserve to die. No one did.
At the hospital, Jude sits in the waiting room. He sees Alex enter and Jude got up and ran to Alex and the two best friends hugged.
"How are you?" Alex asked. "Is there any news on Chloe?"
"I haven't heard nothing yet" Jude replied. "Oh my god Alex what if she dies?"
Jude sits down and Alex sits down next to him.
"She might die" Alex told Jude. "That's a huge possibility, Jude. I mean I hope she doesn't. But she could."
"How can you be so calm about this?" Jude asked.
"Because I already lost someone I loved and cared for" Alex told Jude. "Danni's death has taught me anything can happen in life. Nothing is guaranteed."
"Yeah" Jude replied. "I just don't want Chloe to die."
Jude puts his head on Alex's shoulder.
"I just wish Connor was here" Jude said.
"I know, Judie" Alex said. "I know."
At the beach, Taylor laid next to Daria.
"Tonight is so beautiful" Daria said. "The stars and everything it's kinda romantic."
"I agree it is" Taylor replied. "And your so beautiful."
They kiss.
Leo makes out with Craig until he hears his phone ringing. Leo looks at his phone.
"It's Chloe's mother" Leo said sitting up. "Something has to be wrong. She never calls unless it's an emergency. I'll be back."
Leo rushes off.
"So how are you ladies?" Craig asked Taylor and Daria.
"Just to be clear" Daria said. "We hate you."
"Yeah did you forget you raped one of our best friends?" Taylor asked bitterly. "So don't think your our friend."
"Because your not" Daria finished.
Leo returns looking broken. Craig stands up and walks to Leo.
"Leo baby what is it?" Craig asked clearly worried. "Leo?"
"It's Chloe" Leo said. "She was hit by a car. And she's fighting for her life."
Taylor covered her mouth in shock.
"Oh my god."
At the hospital, Alex sits next to Jude looking at a magazine.
"After Danni died" Jude said. "How did you feel?"
"I felt broken" Alex said. "I knew her most of my life. But my friendship with her had always been toxic. But I loved her. She was my friend. I still blame Eli for her death."
"I just wish I could have helped him" Jude said. "Before it was too late."
"Well it's too late" Alex told Jude. "Some things happen for a reason. Like for instance me getting raped. It messed with me bad. But it happened for a reason. I'm not sure what reason but it did. And look it's made me stronger."
