Present. 2024. Jude sits in the bridal shop with Daria and Alex.
"I don't know, Als" Daria said. "I mean I love it but I'm not sure it suits me. My wedding day has to be perfect. Nothing can go wrong."
"Nothing will" Alex said. He went through the others and found one. "Try this on!!"
Daria smiled and rushed off.
"So anyway back to the story.."
2020. Alex walks across campus and Leo rushes to him.
"Looks like your not the only one who got engaged" Leo said smiling.
Alex rolled his eyes.
"Yeah but I've been engaged" Alex said. "Your engagement just recently happened."
Leo rolls his eyes.
"Does your fiance know your this big of a bitch?" Leo asked.
Alex laughed but stopped and stared horrified. Leo seen Connor kissing some guy. Alex rushed off. Leo followed after him.
"So your perfect now" Alex said. "Because my so called true love had his tongue down some strangers throat."
"I'm sorry" Leo said. "I really am."
Leo walked off and Daria and Taylor joined Alex.
"Why are you and Leo so cozy?" Taylor asked.
"Connor is cheating on me" Alex said. "I just saw him kissing someone else. I'm going to go to my dorm."
"So does that mean we're not going to the party tonight?" Taylor asked.
"Of course not" Daria said.
"No were going" Alex said. "Screw him. I'm going to this party. I'm not getting stuck in my dorm crying over that asshole."
2024. Jude stares at Alex.
"So he cheated on you?" Jude asked.
"Yeah" Alex said. "We had been fighting for weeks and he just couldn't handle the fights much."
Jude nodded. Daria rejoined them.
"How's this one look?" Daria asked.
They grinned at her. Alex's phone rang and he got up.
"I'll be back" Alex said. "It's my Dad. I have to take this."
Alex rushed off.
"Connor can't seem to stay committed when fights are involved" Daria told Jude. "That night was the worst night ever. Alex was like officially crazy that night. I guess it's true when they say love makes you do crazy things."
2020. Daria entered Alex's dorm to see Alex and Connor fighting.
"You can go back to him!" Alex screamed. "Go back to your easy little slut! You man whore!"
Alex threw a lamp at Connor and he ducked. Daria gasped.
"I'm leaving because your clearly psycho" Connor said.
"Oh that's right leave" Alex screamed. "Go cheat on me some more!"
Connor hit Alex and Alex kicked him in the nuts. Connor fell down crying.
"Let's go" Alex told Daria. "We have a party to get too."
At the party, Daria watched Alex get wasted.
