Connor sat next to Jude in the hospital. Taylor, Daria, and Jake were with them.
"He'll be okay" Jude whispered to Connor.
Connor tried to stay positive. Jude then looked at Daria who was standing up on the phone.
"No don't come here" Daria said into the phone. "You don't need to leave detox to come here, Alex. I know your worried. We all are. I promise I'll let you know as soon as I know anything. Okay bye."
Daria hung up and looked at Jude and Connor.
"Alex said he's going to keep Adam in his thoughts" Daria said. "And that he hopes your both okay."
Jude nodded. Then Dr. Westbraun walked to them and they all stood up.
"Well?" Connor sounded desperate.
"Well there's good news and there's bad news" Dr. Westbraun said. "Good news is he's going to be alright." Connor felt happy. "But bad news is it looks like he may have amnesia. He can't remember a lot."
"He has to remember me" Connor said. "Can I see him?"
"Sure."
Connor smiled and kisses Jude.
"I'll be back" Connor said walking off.
Connor walked into Adam's room. Adam stared at Connor confused.
"Hey dad" Connor said reaching out to him.
"Who are you?" Adam asked confused. "Why are you in my room? Get out!"
Connor stared heartbroken.
"Dad.."
"I'm not your dad get out!"
Connor walked out and broke down. Jude noticed Connor and slid down next to him.
"He doesn't remember me.." Connor said crying.
Jude pulled Connor into a hug. Connor broke down and put his head on his shoulder.
"it's going to be okay.."
"No it won't.."
The next day, Connor walked into the apartment and Jude smiled at him.
"Did you go see your dad?" Jude asked.
"No" Connor said. "He doesn't remember me. So what's the point?"
"You just need to jog his memory" Jude said. "The doctor said that it could help. Take some photos down there to him and try."
Connor stared at Jude.
"It's worth a shot" Jude said. "Don't give up on your father, Connor. He wouldn't give up on you."
Connor entered Adam's hospital room with a album. Adam stared at him.
"What do you want?" Adam asked. "Look I don't know who you are.."
"I'm your son" Connor said sitting down next to him. "And maybe this can help you remember."
Connor opened the photo album and pointed to a picture.
"This was my third birthday" Connor said. "That's me and that's you and Mom."
"Debbie looks so beautiful" Adam said. "Why isn't she here?"
"She's dead Dad" Connor said. "She died years ago in a accident."
Adam looked confused.
"I know the story of how you asked Mom out" Connor said. "You said you asked her out with a picnic surprise because you couldn't afford a real date with her." Connor smiled. "But you told me Mom loved it."
