Jude sat in his office. He pulled out a picture of him and Connor. He smiled lovingly at the photo. He touched Connor's face in the photo.
"Hey" Lena greeted walking in. "So is everything okay so far?"
"Yeah" Jude told Lena. "A couple teenagers have already dropped by."
Jude sat the photo down.
"Well good" Lena told Jude. "The more we can help the better."
Jude smiles at Lena.
"Good luck."
Alex stared at his class.
"Henry" Alex said. "I don't understand why you seem to think that. I mean it's impossible to be honest."
Henry rolled his eyes.
"Come on Mr. Stevens" Henry said. "I bet your ass that..."
"Henry" Alex warned. "Language. And besides our government is not based on drugs. Okay?"
"Trust me it is" Henry replied.
A few of the students laughed. Alex rolled his eyes. Alex then notice Taylor enter.
"Hey" Taylor greeted. "Sorry to interrupt class but your class is up next for testing in the lab upstairs."
At lunch, Alex sits with Taylor and Stacy at in the lounge.
"Did your kids getting testing done?" Stacy asked.
"Yeah they did" Alex replied. "It looked like most of them were struggling with it. Especially Henry."
"I'm sure they did fine" Taylor replied. "Their crazy smart."
Alex laughed. Connor walked in and kissed Alex and sat down.
"So it's volleyball week" Connor told them. "The kids in my first class are so competitive with one another. It was crazy in there this morning."
"Well Henry keeps asking me if we're ever going to adopt a baby" Alex told Connor. "I guess I'm his favorite teacher."
"You are" Stacy told Alex. "He hates my class. He thinks I'm too mean of a teacher. I mean sorry if I'm serious about my job."
"Your strict" Taylor told Stacy. "Nothing is wrong with that."
"So when are we going to adopt?" Connor asked smiling at Alex.
"I thought you weren't ready for kids" Alex told Connor.
"We haven't talked about it much lately" Connor said. "So maybe we should."
"How about tonight?" Alex asked.
Connor nodded.
Taylor stood up and walked out of the lounge and ran into Jude.
"Sorry" Jude said.
"You should be" Taylor told Jude.
Jude stared at Taylor hurt.
"Are you ever going to stop hating me?" Jude asked. "I mean I was your friend before Alex ever was."
"This has nothing to do with Alex hating you" Taylor snapped. "You hadn't called any of us in the last six years. You can't just move back here and think we're okay with that."
Taylor gave him a look and walked off.
That night, Alex ate dinner with Connor.
