Alex woke up and heard his phone ringing. He looked to see that it was Tyler.
"Hello?"
"Hey you answered" Tyler said.
"Hey Tyler" Alex said. "What do you want?"
"About this dinner tonight" Tyler said. "I don't want to go if it's going to make you mad."
"Why would I be mad?" Alex asked. "Connor and Jude are your friends too. You have a right to go."
"So it's okay if I go?" Tyler asked.
"Yes" Alex said. "Look Tyler I can't talk now. I have to go."
"Why did your mom drop the charges?" Tyler asked.
Alex was confused.
"Wait what?" Alex asked.
"Yeah" Tyler said. "She dropped the charges and I don't know what to think."
Alex didn't know why his mother would do that. But he had to find out.
Alex pounded on Victoria's door. She opened and he rushed in.
"Why did you drop the charges against him, Mom?" Alex asked. "What he did to us was unforgivable."
"I know" Victoria said. "But you love Tyler and I know if I went through with this you would hate me. And I can't.. I rather lose this company than lose my son." Victoria then started crying. "...If I l..o..s..e you again.."
Alex hugged her.
"Your not going to lose me" Alex promised. "I'm not going anywhere, Mom."
That night, Jude and Connor have dinner with Alex, Will, Tyler, Daria, Taylor, Leo, and Callie.
"I didn't know you were bringing a date" Tyler said to Alex.
"Well you and me are broken up" Alex said. "And besides me and Will are just friends at the moment."
"How are you feeling?" Daria asked Jude.
"Fine" Jude said. "I'm trying to find the right treatment. It's just hard to choose. The family are worried I'm not thinking right Callie?"
"Yeah" Callie said not looking at Jude. She then pulled out a booklet and handed it to Jude.
"What's that?" Connor asked.
"It's a facility" Callie said. "In Atlanta so you would be close to me."
"He's not going to Atlanta to do this bullshit" Connor snapped at Callie. "He needs to stay here with me and our son."
"He's my brother damn it!" Callie snapped. "He needs a healthy environment."
"Are you saying he doesn't have one here?" Connor snapped.
Alex and Jude shared a look.
"You don't know what's best for him!" Callie snapped.
"No you don't you self obsessed bitch!" Connor shouted.
"CONNOR!" Alex warned. "Stop it. I get your worried about Jude but Callie is worried too."
"I doubt she's as worried as I am" Connor snapped. "Your probably more worried than she is. I mean why are you even here Callie? You visit like what once or twice a year?"
"I'm sorry If I actually have a life!" Callie snapped back.
Jude looked down at his fingers trying to zone out from the fight.
"Your just a scared little boy, Connor" Callie snapped. "I'm surprised you and Jude even got married. I mean what is wrong with you? You screw everything up. You even screwed up your first marriage."
"Oh go back to Atlanta" Connor snapped.
"That's it!" Jude screamed standing up. "Both of you shut up! This isn't about what either one of you want. Don't you get that this is about me? It's my choice where I go! I get to choose what treatment I go with. I'm sorry Callie it's not your decision. And Connor I love you but your sure as hell aren't telling me I'm staying here. I decide okay? Now will both of you shut up because I can't do this anymore!"
Jude ran off. Alex got up and went after Jude.
"Sorry Will" Daria said. "Our group is dramatic sometimes.."
"You people kind of remind me of my family" Will said honestly.
Tyler stared at Will. He didn't want Alex to get with Will. He still loved Alex and he wanted him back.
Alex knocked on the bathroom.
"Jude it's me" Alex said through the door. "Come on open up."
"Are they with you?" Jude asked.
"No" Alex said.
Jude opened the door and hugged Alex and started crying.
"Why did this happen to me?" Jude asked.
"I don't know" Alex said. Alex pulled away. "But if there's one person in this world who can bet this its you. Jude your the strongest person I know. Remember the first time we met?"
"Yeah" Jude smiled. "You were so stuck up."
Alex laughed.
"Well I knew how strong you were all the way back then" Alex said. "Jude, Connor and Callie just don't want to lose you. I can't lose you either, Jude. You and me have been through so much together. My rape. My rich past. Connor using me. Finding out that we share a sister. That summer without Connor. My alcohol problem. Jude if I lose you I don't think I could handle that. Your my bestest friend and your my brother. And I love you. I can't lose you.."
Alex broke down and Jude pulled him into another hug.
The next day, Callie was drinking coffee with Connor.
"He was right" Callie said. "It's not our decision. It's his. You were right too. I'm a terrible sister."
"I didn't mean it" Connor said. "I mean your here. So that must mean something."
Callie nodded.
"I just want him to choose a treatment" Connor said. "It's not right that he's going through this."
Callie nodded. Jude joined them.
"I've decided on what treatment I want" Jude said. They stare at him. "It's.."
