Chapter 9

‘So you’re saying it’s my fault?’ Hope asked.

‘No of course not dear.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘But it’s a good theory.’ Faith said.

‘You’re constantly saying you want to go home, back to the orphans home, you don’t want to go to your world, our world.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘Don’t worry Hope I would’ve felt the same if I were you, the orphans home was always a safe haven, you thought that nothing could happen to you there, because you didn’t know anything about what was going on.’ Alice said.

‘And you need to believe me, it’s not save at all there, you’ll be dead in a finger snip.’ Alice said.

Hope nodded. Hope understood it was no longer save there, she had to go back to her world, because the people need her, her parents need her.

‘Can I ask something?’ Hope asked.

‘Of course.’ Faith said.

‘How is it that I’m the one who is needed in our world, I mean if there is war going on my parents could be dead, everyone could be dead and the Evil Queen could be in charge.’ Hope said.

‘Oh no dear.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘Have you read your chapter dear?’ Mrs Flora asked.

‘No.’ Hope said.

‘Only the first chapter.’ Hope said.

‘That explains it.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘Faith dear can you maybe get her book?’ Mrs Flora asked turning to Faith.

Faith nodded and walked away.

‘Why don’t you just tell me?’ Hope asked.

‘Because we’re not supposed to tell you, you need to find out yourself.’ Alice explained.

‘Why?’ Hope asked.

‘Because.’ Alice said.

‘Who came up with that rule? Because it’s stupid and not really fast.’ Hope sighed.

‘Here you go.’ Faith said giving the book to Hope.

Hope sighed and opened the book to the second chapter.

“When Hope was born she was dying, Luckily Rapunzel was there, Rapunzel saved Hope and Hope was a healthy little girl.

‘How are we going to call her?’ Prince Charming had asked.

‘Hope.’ Snow White had said with a smile on her face.

Prince Charming had nodded with a wide smile on his face and then kissed Snow White on her forehead.”

Hope read.

‘How could Rapunzel save me?’ Hope asked.

‘Rapunzel has the ability to heal people with her hair and she can make you younger.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘But no one knows about it, unless she has told you and of course we knew it when Rapunzel came forwards and lifted you up, she winded a lock of her hair around your little wrist and sang a song, she whispered it so no one could know it, then everyone in that room knew it.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘But it’s  a secret and you can’t tell anyone, because that can lead to bad things.’ Mrs Flora said.

‘Would someone like some tea?’ James asked out of the sudden.
