Taylor's POV:

"So the girl tried to jump the barrier and tackle Connor! It was so funny," Toby tries to explain the rest of the story trying to contain himself and I'm cackling along with him through our Skype call.

Once we both calm down he looks at me with a small smile,"What are you thinking about McDonough?"

"When you are going to L.A? I miss you like crazy," Toby says pouting slightly.

"I have no idea. My parents said that I could go back when Vikki came back, but it's been 2 weeks and whenever I bring it up they pretend that they have a call they need to make and never answer my question," I explain annoyed. Every time I bring up leaving again it's like my parents are deaf! They totally ignore me like I'm invisible. They don't understand how much L.A has become a second home to me and I think that I could really do great things there.

"Maybe you need to ask them at a time where they can't leave?" Toby asks rather than states.

"Yeah I'll try during dinner and if they try and leave I will hopefully contain them," I say thinking out loud.

"Contain them? They are your parents, not your pets, Taylor," he says chuckling.

"You want me to come to L.A or not?" I retort.

"Ok, ok I won't question you!" He says surrendering.

"Thank you. Now I need to talk to my parents. I'll text you what they say ok?"

"Ok talk to you later!" Toby exclaims and ends the call. Now I need to convince my parents that it's ok for me to be moving out at 17.

I walk down the stairs and turn a corner into the kitchen to see my dad already sitting at the table and my mom just about to join him as well.

"Hey honey," my dad greets me.

"Hey," I reply simply. Ok, how am I going to start this?

My mom finally sits down and passes me some of the food that she made and I take a deep breath in. Here goes nothing.

"I need to ask you guys something," I start.

"What's up hun?" My dad says as he puts down his glass of water.

"When am I going to move back to L.A with Vikki?" I ask them avoiding contact as I speak, but when I look back up they are avoiding eye contact with me.

"Hello?" I say.

"Honey, you're too young to be living out there with your sister. She is pregnant right now and needs to get through that first and then she is going to have a child to take care of. Where are you even going to live?!" My dad says and gradually starts to yell.

"Your dad is right Taylor, Vik has too much on her hands right now and the 5 summer whatever boys house is probably filled," my mom adds on. They are always so positive as you can see.

"Well, I can always live with Toby and his brothers," I suggest knowing that this probably isn't going to end well.

"Toby, your little boyfriend Toby?! No, absolutely not. We won't be there to watch you guys and we don't even know if you will be following our rules while you are there Taylor!" my dad yells as he gets up from the table and walks to his office.

My mom and I were left in silence and I was looking down at my plate until my mom breaks the silence. "I trust you, Taylor. I want you to go and fulfill your dreams in L.A and be with your sister, but it's hard to let your youngest child go when it's your only child left. You may not understand where I am coming from, but one day you will," my mom explains softly.

"Mom I'm not going to stay away from you guys forever. I'm going to visit with Vikki and I'm sure you will visit us when you can. The university that Vikki was going to is the one I have dreamed of going to study producing of music and film and it's the perfect community for me as well. I won't ever do something with Toby that you guys wouldn't want me to either," I explain as well.

"Trust me, honey, I know where you are coming from and I trust you 110%. It's just your dad can't let his little girl go again even though none of us are ever around," she says sadly.

"Can you talk to him for me? I really need to know because I need to plan things for myself too and you guys need to look into the future as well. We all need to get back to reality because it's been 2 weeks mom," I explain to her as she walks over to me.

"I will try my best Taylor, ok?" She asks.

"Thank you," I say and hug her tightly and she was surprised at first, but hugs me back tightly as well.
