~L A V A~ (Leo x Reader)

(I thought Leo needed some love so here he is!!)

In shredder's lair, in a cage, sat a girl named (y/n). She's been Shredder's prisoner for as long as she could remember. She wore rags and they were dirty and she used the puddles of clean rain water to clean herself. Light peered into the cell, so she wasn't lonely when the birds came and sat down on the window high above.

Everyday, after the moon was out, and everything was quiet, she'd sing her song that she'd had since she was a baby:

I have a dream, I hope will come true,
That you're here with me,
                    And I'm here with you,
I wish that the earth,
                            the sea,
and the sky up above-a,
Can send me someone to Lava

One day, the turtles entered the lair. They were to help out by destroying the plans in Stockman's lab. They passed by the dungeon, and heard the girl singing:

I have a dream, I hope will come true,
That you're here with me,
                    And I'm here with you,
I wish that the earth,
                            the sea,
and the sky up above-a,
Can send me someone to Lava

Leo heard and busted down the cage. But an alarm went off as the cage banged against the brick. Another Che slammed down from above and locked the girl, then disappeared. "Let's go to the lab", Donnie said.

When they arrived, the girl was in the cage, dangling from the ceiling over a bucket of mutagen. When the turtles split off so they could each do what Leo told them, the chain of the cage was cut and (y/n) fell into the mutagen. She felt years trickle down her cheek as she was full submerged. Pain tingled into her system and when she surfaced, she wS no longer a girl. She was a plant, but had a hula skirt, a curvy stem as a waist, black (h/c) hair, a pink flower tucked into her left side and a green tank top that looked like skin. Her feet were small an had little cuffs of leaves on them, as well as her ankles. She fainted and Leo caught her.

When she woke up, she was in the lair in a bed and Leo was in a chair. He helped her for weeks to get her back on her feet. Every night, she'd sing to herself:

I have a dream, I hope will come true,
That you're here with me,
                    And I'm here with you,
I wish that the earth,
                            the sea,
and the sky up above-a,
Can send me someone to Lava

Leo decided that one day he'd tell her about his feelings. The second he told you, you kissed him and he didn't hesitate.

Now, you both sat at your wedding day a few years later. "We want to tell you all something", Leo said. You nodded and walked with Leo to the center of the floor. And this is what happened:

I had a dream, I knew would come true,
That you'll grow old with me,
                    And I'll grow old with you,
We thank all the earth,
                          the sea,
                            and the sky up above-a,
For sending me someone to Lava.
