(Hunter's POV)
Another day. I walk through the small crowd of the grammy pro party that invites the biggest country acts. I'm just excited to be a part of this crowd of people. Only certain people can grab tickets and it makes it just the crowd and myself. It takes me back to the small gigs I'd play back home in Louisiana. After all the interviews I'm standing with Matt and Steve watching the stage as it gets set up for Keith when I turn to call for Sam but accidentally knock into a breathtaking young woman who's drink has been spilled all down her shirt. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry..I really am so clumsy." "It's okay, really. I'm the one who didn't make you aware I was behind you." "Please let me make it up to you." She smiles and blushes, "It's fine really..maybe we'll see each other again sometime tonight." And with that the breathtaking woman with the melodic voice slips into the crowd, blending in. I'm only knocked out of my thoughts when I hear 'Somebody Like You' being played.

You sigh and rush off to the bathroom to get cleaned up. Tonight has just been the worst. Scoring tickets to this due to a friend not being able to go was where your good luck ended. The spilled drink was just the cherry on the top. At least he was nice about it...
"I wanna feel the sunshine, shining down on me and you
When you put your arms around me
Well baby there Ain't nothing in this world I can't do"
You exit the bathroom and smile at the song, at the performance, at Keith's voice. Maybe tonight will be better than you expect. Maybe you'll run into that cute guy who spilled your drink on you. You laugh at yourself for your crazy idea.
(Hunter's POV)
I grab my guitar and can't help but look around the crowd outside for her face. I get pulled out of my thoughts by Sam. He's really been like a brother to me for the longest time and I smile. "You ready man?"
"I'm ready." We move to the rest of the band and do our handshake ritual then they move out onto the stage.
Soon the announcer walks out onto the stage and addresses the crowd, "He's been nominated for Grammys and won a CMA award for new artist and keeps us all on our toes and wanting more. After all he makes us feel wanted, please welcome to the stage, Mr. Hunter Hayes"

That sweet guy, the one who smiled and apologized and talked to you. He's on stage right in front of your eyes. You shake your head in disbelief. It couldn't have been him... Could it? What's more when he sings the chorus of Somebody's Heartbreak he sees you in the audience and smiles extra wide. Surely you must be imagining that. Then he waves a little and you stand still as several people around you wave back but his eyes stay fixed on yours.
When he finishes the song you clap with everyone else and now he's staring directly at you and your stomach flops a little and your pulse races. You wait until he's stepped off the stage to start moving to the door. Maybe you've had enough excitement for one night.... And more than enough confusion.
(Hunter's POV)
She seems like a deer caught in the headlights when she first realizes so I tried a wave to help her. Nothing. I hope she doesn't run. I'd really like to know more about her, have small talk. When my sets over I grin at the crowd, "You guys have been wonderful and keep the party going." I get off stage and run a hand through my hair, trying to get back to the crowd to find her before she runs scared.

The door feels much too far away. It's just hard to breathe with all of the people around you. It's not really anything serious but you still feel panic creeping up into your stomach and it feels like you'll never get out of here. You stumble over your own foot and crash to the ground, pain shoots through your knees and you do let a tear fall. The music seems to fade and the voices of people talking takes over. All of a sudden a gentle set of hands lifts you up and you're left trying to pull yourself together, not daring to look at your rescuer. "I just need to get outside." You try to explain, then you feel yourself being guided forward. The next thing you know you walk out the door into the parking lot. "Thank you." You finally look up and wipe your eyes, stopping shocked. Not that you should be, of course it's Hunter. Your mind goes blank.
