{Colin's POV}

"What are we doing this weekend daddy?" Riley asks. The three of us are sitting on the couch watching a movie.

"I really didn't have much planned. Just thought we hang out around the house."

"That sounds boring."

"Well, what do you want to do Miss Riley?" she shrugs her shoulders.

"So you're gonna complain about stayin in the house, but you don't know what you wanna do. Makes sense...I guess I'll have to come up with something. How does that sound?"

"Good."

"Cool...so what's been going on lately."

"Nothing really. Just going to school, and Mommy's trying to find a job."

"Oh yeah, you know if she's had any luck?"

"Umm I don't think so. She still doesn't have a job yet."

"Well you know that if mommy ever needed help with something, that I got her, right? Even though we aren't together. You and bubba will always have a roof over your head, clothes, shoes, and food."

She nods. "I know daddy." She says still paying attention to the tv.

"How about we go bowling or something?"

"Yes!!"

"Here, put your shoes on." I pick them up off the floor and hand them to her. I put bubba's shoes on and they chill on the couch while I run upstairs. I come back downstairs and hear Riley on the phone with someone. She hangs up before I walk back in. "Were you on the phone?"

"It kept ringing and ringing...she said it was the wrong number. She called me babe." She says with a confused face.

"Here, give me the phone." I hold out my hand and she gives it to me. I go to the call log to see what number it was and I know exactly who it is. "Don't answer my phone again, okay." She nods.

We leave and get to the bowling alley. We get shoes balls and get to our assigned lane.

"You want your name to be 'Bear' or 'Riley' on the screen?"

"Bear."

"Bear it is....and bubba can bowl with me." I enter my name as "Papa Bear"

"Who's first?" She asks.

"You." She grabs her bowling ball and walks up to the lane, and does this grandma style roll and it actually works. "You got lucky." I say as she walks back to get her ball. When the ball finally comes back up she grabs it and does the same roll and hits another strike. I record the whole thing and post it to Instagram.

"First two rolls, both strikes...and this is how she bowls🎳 #QualityTimeWithMyLittleOnes #MyBear"

I give my first rolls to bubba. I stand behind him and help him push the ball forward. He jumps up and down and laughs when the ball hits one pin.

"That's the best you could do?" Riley says with her arms folded across her chest. Damn she looks like her mother doing that.

"I let bubba roll for me. Hush. Stand with him while I show you how to bowl a real strike." I grab the ball, walk up and bowl a hard strike. "And THAT'S how you bowl." She sticks her tongue out at me and we go back and forth. To even it up, we have bubba roll some on hers too. She hit a couple more strikes through out the entire game and so did I. Since it was really just the two of us, the game went quick, so we played another round then went and ate some pizza. While we're waiting, Riley and Nate do some coloring on the paper that was provided to them.
