Hunter picked Allie up. "So we made it?"

Allie laughed. "Yes!" Hunter took her hand and squeezed it. "This is gonna be fun," Allie blushed. He let go, noticing people looking in the van. He put on his sunglasses and hat then drove off Allie couldn't think of anything to talk about.

"Wanna go to dinner?" he asked her.

Allie looked at him. "Sure," she giggled.

They went to DiMaggio' s, a pizza place. Once they got a seat and ordered, Allie's phone rang. It was her mom. "Where are you?" She asked.

"I'm eating dinner with... Lucy and Gabby,"Allie covered up. Hunter smiled as he shook his head.

"Alright, be home soon," her mom said. Allie hung up and asked Hunter, "What?"

"Nothing, I just think it's funny that you tell her you're with friends and not me."

"You never know who's gonna know who you are!"

"I don't."

"I've never..." Allie stopped.

Hunter looked up. "What?"

"Nothing, you probably wouldn't care." He reached over the table and took her hand.

"Yes, I do. Tell me."
