They pulled into the hotel parking lot. "What are we doing here?" Allie asked Hunter.
"I told you. I have a surprise for you," he laughed. He took her to his room. His band was in there.
"Hunter, what is this?"
"You'll see." He walked up to Sam and grabbed his guitar, and sat on the bed, motioning for Allie to sit next to him. She started smiling.
"What are you doing?" He started strumming, then singing. Allie knew that it was Cry With You. Allie sat next to him, smiling and laughing. He was looking her right in the eyes and she could tell that he meant every word.
When he was done, he smiled at her. "I want you to know that you found a special place in my heart and when I told you that I'll be there for you whenever you need me, it wasn't an act. I meant every word that I said and sang just now. I will cry with you if you ever need me to. I was worried about you yesterday and I didn't know what to do. I just wanted you to be ok." He pulled her into a hug when he saw that she was crying. "Want me to cry with you?" he laughed.
"No, not this time, because you would be crying about what you said," Allie chuckled through tears. She could hear his heart. She looked up at him suddenly. "I have to be at the school for rehearsal! I totally forgot!"
"It's alright, I can take you," he said smiling. They walked out of the hotel, holding hands.
