Everything changes in a heartbeat. When you hear that, it's meant. It really is meant to be and you should take that. When that opportunity is in front of you jump at it because nothing great can stay forever. Even great things do change. I'm Gabby Dawson. I've been a paramedic for 8 years. Right out of high school, I signed up to be an EMT. I was placed with a couple different firehouses before I got to 51. I worked my way up,and when I got to 51 I was promoted to Paramedic In charge. I worked hard and saved who I could.
I remember the day I transferred to 51. I needed a little change. I came her to be the PIC. I remember when I met Matt. I walked in and I just say him standing there. He was giving orders to his men. This was while Cruz was the Candidate at the time. I smiled as they all stared at me, expect Matt. He had his back to me until the guys were all looking at me. He laughed " what is going on.." I smiled at him " Hi!!" He smiled back " Hi... Lieutenant Casey... you need..." I laughed " right.. sorry... I'm Gabriella Dawson... Gabby! I'm the new PIC of ambulance 61.." He laughed " oh right yeah..." He turned to Cruz " Go get Jillian!" Cruz went inside and go her. Casey and I just flirted. It was nice.
Jillian came out and smiled. I remember her she and got pretty close. She had blonde curly hair, and these green eyes. She was funny too, and well she thought she was maybe a little bit. She laughed " You must be Gabby?" I laughed " Yeah nice to meet you!" I got on with the work day and it was a good shift. Everyone got along fast.
