I was just finishing up with this patient. I walked out and saw Shay. I smiled " hey stranger... what you doing?" She looked at me " Gabby we need to talk!!" I looked at her " okay..." she sat down with me     " ok.. so something happened!" I looked at her " oh god.." She looked at me " Matt was shot..." I looked at her and panicked " oh god... where... where is he?!" She looked at me " Gabby stay clam... Will had to take him to surgery... everything is gonna be okay!" Will walked out " hey Gabby!" I looked at him all concerned " I thought you were taking Matt to surgery.." He looked at me " Connor is operating now..." I looked at him " oh good..." He looked at me " I know this is hard... but its gonna be okay. you know Connor's the best!" I nodded " yeah.... oh god i think I'm gonna be sick!" I got sick. I felt it coming. Will looked at me " ok.. ok it's ok!" Will looked at me " you doing ok...." I looked at him " I'm worried about Matt I am... but I think this is unrelated to that..." Will looked at me " hey maybe I should check you out just to be sure.." Shay looked at me " maybe that's a good idea!" 

Will took me to the nearest exam room and Shay followed us. Will looked at me " your heart rate is good and everything.... so Gabby based on your symptoms i'd like to do an ultrasound!" I looked at him " Ok.. Ok!" Shay looked at me " maybe your..." I laughed " maybe!" Will looked at me " oh ok... Gabby is it possible your pregnant?" I laughed " it's a pretty high possibility.... Matt and I have been trying!" Will nodded " well the ultrasound will confirm that if your at least 6 weeks... but I'm also gonna order a pregnancy test.." I nodded " ok!" I lifted my shirt and Will performed the ultrasound. Shay held my hand " it's ok!" Will looked at the screen " congratulations! your about 8 weeks pregnant!" I laughed " really!" He laughed " yeah see!" Shay smiled " that's amazing! that's what you guys wanted!"
