Meet your family!- Chapter 80

It's been good with Mia. Matt took a couple weeks off. I wanted him to be here with. It's been hard adjusting. We have had to get used to being home. It's nice and this is home to us. This is our family. We hardly have been sleeping, but that's what happens when you have a baby. Especially a new baby. A lot of the time we would sleep with her next to us in bed, or she would sleep in the basinet right next to us. Matt handed Mia to me " here you go momma!" I smiled " thanks daddy!" Matt laughed " Were so parents.." I laughed " yeah... we are! Matt looked at me " so i'm going back on shift.." I nodded             " yeah... I know" Matt looked at me " you'll be okay..." I nodded " I know..." Matt looked at me " so it's been two months since Mia was born... I know everyone wants to meet her..." I nodded " I know.." Matt looked at me " maybe you should come by during shift.." I nodded " yeah... I'm just worried... it's her first time in a car besides coming home.." Matt nodded " it's okay... she'll do great! Just rest a little and then come by..." I smiled " how about lunch?" Matt nodded " that's great!" Matt left and we were alone. 

 I got Mia in the car and she was sleeping this was great. I could drive to the house and didn't have to worry. I got to the house and we were safe. I carried the car seat into the house. Matt smiled " hey... you made it!" I smiled " yeah... she's sleeping!" Matt took the car seat and carried her into the common room " someone's here!" Matt opened the car seat " oh look's like someone's awake!" Matt smiled " hi baby girl!" Everyone gathered around her " hi!!" I held her " say hi to everyone... there's your Uncle Kelly... Hermann... otis... Mouchy... Aunt Sylvie and Shay!" She started to cry, and Matt looked at her " aw... Mia!" I looked at him " I think she's hungry... I'm gonna go feed her!" Matt smiled        " yeah make yourself at home."

Hey everyone! first off i'd like to start off by saying thank you for being so kind. This story has come to be one of my favorites out of them all. I've just felt like i've grown with this story. This story has even helped me. Through it i've been able to manage my anxiety better at times. It really just brought so much to me. Thanks for your great feedback. I'd just like to simply say thanks. You all are awesome!!!! I'd also like to say that i'm going to be taking a week off from updating because it's finals week and I'm really going to be putting my 100% energy into that.
