I've been in the hospital for a few weeks. It's been hard recovering. This was all just so soon. Our little girl was born a little early. She's a premie, but she's doing so well. The doctors are surprised on how fast she is growing and improving. She's come so far. They told me that I would be able to leave within the next few days, but I don't feel like I can. I can't leave my baby. I can't just abandon her like this. It just isn't right.
The doctor told us all the good news. She's improving and i'm good to go home. Matt looked at me " baby... that's great!" I looked at the both of them " I can't leave... I won't leave without my baby.." The doctor looked at me " Gabby... you should go home get ready for her!" Matt looked at me " We'll come back every day and see her. She's not alone.." I looked at him " I won't abandon my baby!" Matt hugged me " I know... but let's just go home and sleep... we'll be back as soon as we can!" I nodded " ok fine.."
