I was happy about all of this. I was excited for next school I knew these next few years were going to be crazy. It was good though. Through these past couple years i've taken 2 years worth of pre-med classes. I've known a lot even from just being a paramedic. I would only need 6 years of school actually. Then it would be right on to internship, and residency. I was just excited to tell everyone, even though I would be leaving all of this. I would be leaving the firehouse. I love it here. It's basically like my home. Everyone I love is here. I didn't think about it too much though. I know I will defiantly come back. I would be here a lot. My boyfriend is the lieutenant here. I guess that means I have to.
Matt and I walked into the common room where everyone was sitting. Matt looked at everyone " hey guys... Gabby has something to tell you... all!" I smiled "I'm so happy and excited for this... and I just want your support.. I got accepted into med school... to be a doctor.." Shay smiled " that's so great!" Mills added " yeah.. really great! Your going to great there!" Hermann laughed " Nice Dawson! but your leaving us.." I laughed " yeah I guess so..." Cruz added " We'll miss you.. were proud right guys?" They all added " yeah!!"
