Matt's POV
We were moving a little fast. It didn't seem like that. It seems like were married. We've been together for 6 years! It hasn't seemed like that at all. We've just be there, and solid with each other. It was nice. We wanted the wedding to happen fast. The thing is what's the wait for. We love each other and we know what we want. We don't need much. We want it to happen. We don't need all the time in the world.
I knew Kelly was going to be my best man. We weren't always close, but recently we've been there. Were both the lieutenants, and that really has bonded us. Were all friends too. I knocked on his office door. Severide looked up at me as I opened the door " yeah..." I looked at him " Gabby's been bugging me about this... so you want to be my best man in the wedding...?" He laughed " yeah man... sure!" I laughed " good!!" He looked at me " why so fast..." I laughed " what...?" He looked at me " you've been engaged a week... your wedding is in 5 weeks!" I laughed " Gabby and I talked about it... we both agreed that we didn't want to wait... we know what we want and we don't need extra time. We just want to be husband and wife!" He nodded " ok... yeah i'm there man!"
