I turned my phone off, and put it on my night table, looking at the time as I did. 12:00 glowed neon green in the dark. Curling up under the blankets, I quickly fell asleep.

"Morning Honey, it's time to get up." My mom gently called to me, waking me up.

I rolled over and looked at her, "What time is it?"

"It's 8 am. You have to get ready for school, it's the last day, remember?" She grinned, and headed downstairs.

That's right, it WAS the last day. Woohoo, I jumped out of bed. I chose my outfit and went in the shower. My hair stillwet, I came out and got dressed. A knee-length yellow sundress that had a halter style. I put on a narrow light pink belt around my waist. 3 R5 pick necklaces around my neck, 5 merch wristbands (Taylor Swift, Taylor Mathews, Marianas Trench, Maroon 5, and R5), and my watch. No make-up, I grabbed my bag and headed downstairs.

I quickly ate a bowl of cereal, and pulled on a pair of yellow 3 inch wedges. I headed out the door, waving bye to my parents. Walking to school, I thought about last night. I would have to tell Ross, but before school? During class? Between classes? At lunch? After school? I didn't know. Wait, I would HAVE to wait until after school, cuz I wouldn't see him until then. Well, that was one problem solved.

I turned into the school parking lot, and walked to the doors. I put a hand to my hair, checking to see if it was still wet. Nope, it was dry, and probably in wild ringlets. Oh well, my natural hair was better than when I took a curling iron to it. I stepped through the doors, and headed to my locker. Opening it up, I started emptying all of it's contacts into two plastic bags I had with me.

I paused on my pictures of R5, that took up my locker door. It was so weird, now that I knew them as friends. I smiled, and carefully took them down, putting them in my hard cover binder so they would be protected. I put the two bags on the floor, closed the door, and spun the lock shut.

"Hi."

"For the love of R5!!! Really Ross, did you need to scare me like that?" I held my hand to my heart, trying to still my racing heart.

"Sorry Jennifer, I didn't mean to scare you." He smiled, but it was hollow. What was wrong?

"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked, reaching out and touching the side of his face.

"Oh, it's just.... It's nothing.." He stuttered out.

Weird, but I guess he didn't want to talk about it. Thinking of talking about something.. "Ross.. I need to tell you something, come with me." I grabbed  his hand and led him outside.

"What's wrong Jenn?" He asked a  quizzical look on his face.

I took a deep breath, here goes nothing, "Last night, when I .... freaked out... I went to the beach... and....."

"and you kissed some random guy, yah I already know all of this." His tone was bitter, and I saw the hurt in his eyes.

I reached out to him, but he pulled away. "Ross, it's not what it seems like, wait... how did you know?"

"Yeah sure. A picture is worth 1,000 words. Or something like that." He glared at me, and I felt my heart begin to crack. It hurt to have him mad at me.

"Pictures, what?" I was confused.

He shoved his phone at me, with three pictures of me with Kyle, of me looking pretty cozy with Kyle. Who was this from, I looked at the number. UNKNOWN, to his phone. To me, the number was as familiar as my own. Sheila.

"Ross, i can explain. It's not what it looks like!"

"Yeah, well it looks like you took comfort from this guy, but you wouldn't let me help you."
