I rushed back into the building with a few things I would need to patch up Louis, and I would probably need it later tonight. I held the first-aid kit tightly in my hand, jogging down the hall and back into the big room where everyone else was. I made it back to the room, seeing Louis in the same position as he was when I left: hunched over slightly, left hand on his back and right hand on his left shoulder. I walked over to him, pulling out a chair and seating myself in front of him. He looked up at me as I opened the first-aid kit and set it on my lap. I looked up at him.
“Okay, I’m gonna have to take off your shirt so I can see the damage better, okay?” I said. Louis nodded hesitantly and I got up, putting the first aid kit on the table next to him. I walked around him and stood behind him. I grabbed the bottom of his shirt. “This may hurt a little, sorry.” I said. He nodded. I slowly pulled his shirt up, trying to be as gentle as I could since I didn’t want to cause him too much pain. He winced once and I gently rubbed his good shoulder. “Sorry, I’ll try to be more gentle.” I said softly. I continued to pull up the shirt until it was just by his shoulders. “You kind of have to lift your arms up a little.” I said. Louis nodded and lifted his arms up a little, wincing slightly. I gently pulled it over his shoulders and off his arms. Once it was off I put it on the table next to his coat and sweater. He put his arms back down and I examined his back.
There were a few nasty bruises on his back, close to his spine, but I don’t think that there will be any spinal damage luckily. The scratches that he got a while ago that spelt out ‘you’re all doomed, and no one can stop it’ were still there, but they were now very faded, and you could barely even tell that they were there. There are a few scratches on his back from bumping into the wall, but they aren’t bleeding too badly. I sighed and looked over at Louis’ left shoulder. He still had his hand on it, so I couldn’t see it. Without saying anything, I gently removed Louis’ hand. He winced, but didn’t argue with me. I examined his shoulder and bit my lip. The bone was sticking out slightly. I couldn’t actually see the bone, but a part of skin was popping up a little and that’s where a shoulder bone is. It looks like it’s dislocated. Ouch, that’s gotta hurt. It’s happened to me before, and it hurts like hell.
I pulled out the gauze and started to bandage up his back, not bothering to clean the wounds since I didn’t have everything I would need. As I started applying the gauze, I heard a door open and I looked over my shoulder to see Niall, Liam, Zayn and Cali walking out of the room the put Harry in. I got a quick glimpse of Harry tied up in the chair before the door was shut. They all came over to Louis and I, walking quickly. Cali sat on the table by Louis’ coat, Zayn sat in a chair next to her, Liam was on Louis’ other side, and Niall stood next to me.
“So what now?” He asked. I sighed and shrugged.
“We’ll wait a bit before doing the exorcism. Right now I just have to patch up Louis.” I answered. Niall nodded and looked at Louis’ back.
“Ow, that looks nasty.” He said, staring at the nasty bruises on his back. I nodded.
“Not as bad as his shoulder.” I said while pointing at Louis’ shoulder. Niall looked at it and seethed, shutting his eyes.
“Okay, that is worse.” He said before opening his eyes and joining Liam.
“What do you mean?” Louis asked, looking at me over his right shoulder.
“It’s dislocated,” I answered, taping on the bandage.
“WHAT?” He shouted. I shushed him immediately.
“I can fix it, don’t worry.” I said, putting the medical tape back into the first aid. I moved a little and stood behind his left shoulder. I gently placed my hands on it, positioning them right. “This will hurt, a lot.” I said, getting ready.
