"Are you okay?" I went round Loki to remove the handcuffs. His wrists had turned red.

"Yes..." he looked at Thor. "Why are you here?"

"Can we not go someplace else?" Thor said to me.

"Uhm, sure. Inside." I led them to the living room and they sat down. This was so weird. Two gods, in my living room. Talking.

"Mother misses you." Thor said.

"Does she really?" Loki looked.... i dont know, his face was unreadable.

"Loki, come back to Asgard. That is where your life is..."

"Why? So I can sit in a corner and mourn my existence once more? Be ignored by father, shut to Asgard and listen to your visits to this realm?"

"Brother, I beg of you, you must come..."

"Excuse me for interrupting..." I said. "But if you wanted Loki to come back to Asgard, why did you ask Fury to let him stay here?"

"I was defending him, midgardian..."

"It's Danielle." I said. "You can call me Danny."

"No, he may not." Loki interrupted. "Her name is Danielle.

Loki defending me...!? In my mind, I'd already done a cartwheel, a flip and a "WOOHOO!". Outside, I stood up and put my hands behind my back to prevent me from doing anything stupid and just smiled.

"Are you and Danielle...?" Thor looked questioningly at Loki. Loki smiled and stood up, walked up to me an kissed me with his arm around my waist. Completely embarrased, once the kiss ended, I looked at the God of Thunder grin.

"Well, this calls for a celebration, brother!" Thor stood up and shouted in that deep, thundering voice of his. I wanted to giggle, but I controlled. "Now you must come back and meet mother!"

"Thor, I want to stay." Loki said in a low voice. "I dont wish to leave."

"All right Loki. But may I have a private audience with Danielle?"

Loki seemed to hesistate, but slowly walked into the kitchen, as if putting off whatever Thor had to say to me.

"I do not know what you did..." Thor told me, once Loki left. "I do not wish to know, but you have turned my brother around for the better."

"He wasnt that bad. We just...." I smiled. "...connected."

Thor hugged me and damn, he doesn't know his own strenght. I guess I stopped breathing for a sec before he let me go and i silently took a deep breath  to put some air back in my probably flattened lungs. But it was sweet.

"Loki, I must take your leave now."

Loki came out of the kitchen. "I wish you well, Thor."

"I wish you well to, Brother." Thor said. He nodded to me, and a second later, he walked out, yelled something and had gone.

"Do you realise we dont have to hide anymore?" I turned to Loki and hugged him. "You're free."

"Yes... free." He gave me his killer smile and i saw the armor, the helmet and the scepter dissapear and he was in last nights trousers and shirtless. He kissed me, a long, deep kiss. "Thankyou..."
