Danielle:

I found myself among Frigga, Dad, Mom, Sif, The Warriors Three.... and Odin-All-Father. Quite a crowd for a small room. I saw Heimdall too.

"Where was he?!"

"Captured. I sent him here first, so he could keep it as long as we wanted, in case the Ginats woke up.." Thor explained.

"And the Giants slept, how....?"

"Oh, do not ask me, Danielle. Only Mimir knows." he turned to Loki, still asleep. "Do take care of that, would you? I shall see that the Priest is send to heal him. And you too, if you need it."

"I'm fine..." I said. "He's hurt."

"The priest...." Odin-All-Father stepped forward. Everyone else, even dad, usually stubborn, turned and left. Only Loki stayed, leaning on my shoulder, asleep. ".... does not specilise in physical wounds alone..."

Was he implying I was mentally retarded!? "I don't understand...." i said.

"Danielle, you may find it... healthier... to speak to The Priest about what you have been through."

"Why? I'm fine."

He just sighed and touched Loki's arm. The next second I found myself in Loki's chambers. That dancing light again. Odin left, leaving Loki still leaning on me. I layed him on the bed and sat beside him.

Loki so peaceful. Everything so still, as if a painting.

Safe and sound....

Just close your eyes

You'll be allright...

Come morning light...

You and I will be Safe and Sound.....

The light continued to dance, this time on the post of the bed. I stared it. I could hear Loki breathe. I could hear the slightest sounds outside, ones people pass off as insignificant. I felt a music play inside me, as the light continued to dance, so smoothly, so delicate... seemingly unharmed by shadows cast over it, just playing. I tore my glance away from it to look at Loki, now smiling. Was the spell breaking?

In answer, his gorgeous eyes opened and he looked at me, and smiled immediately.

"Thank Valhalla all of that was a dream...!" he said getting up and holding my hand. "It may have ended well, but I would certainly not like you to have to go through that..." he kissed me. I looked at where his wounds were supposed to be. There was nothing. Not a scar, not a bruise, no blood.

As if it was a dream. I looked into his eyes. He was clueless, and I didn't have the heart to tell him.
