Danielle's POV:

"What are we doing here.." Thor asked bitterly. "This makes no sense."

"Thor, trust me, you'll need a good rest for our journey, its long...."

"But look at this chamber!" He picked up his hammer and I immediately got up.

"It called a hotel room, and put that thing away, if you break anything, it'll cost us... ME a fortune."

"She couldnt have picked any other place but Midgard to stay?"

I swung my legs back and forth from the table i sat on... I was becoming very restless. "Well... Jord means 'Earth'... You could say you are... the Son of the Earth.. and it's said she was exiled from Jotunheim for... well.."

"Fucking an Asgradian."

"THOR!" I said, absolutely shocked.

"Why cant we fly to where ever this place is?"

"We cant let people see you fly around like that...!"

A welcome knock on the door made Thor jump up and pick up Mjolnir. I glared at him and opened the door. "Daddy!" I hugged him tight. Man, was it good to be back.

"Hello, stranger!" he grinned and walked in. "I was wondering where you've been. Turns out you called me for my private jet."

"Its the only way to land exactly where we want...."

I caught the gleam in his eye. "DAD!" I punched his arm. "Not cool! You know what i meant!"

"Anthony..." Thor stepped forward, suddenly very formal and gentlemanly. "Thank you. This means a lot..."

"o.. KAY!" I grabbed Thor's arm to stop him from saying further. "To Mount Áhkká..!"

"Mount What-ka!?"

"Makes sense that you'd hear Vodka, dad..." I fondly hugged him. "Thanks for all the help."

A car ride later, we boarded dad's private jet to Scandinavia, Northern Europe. We had to land right in the middle of the Stora Sjöfallet, which was a national park now... It would be hard, but that is where Jord was rumored to live after her exile. It was a long shot, but its all we had to go on with.

Thor was troubled... Ofcourse, I dont blame him. We had so little to follow up on, it was tragic. That book was lately welded to my hands, and I kept going through it again and again to make sure I hadnt missed anything. Not that I was bored, no... Thor's thinking was driving me crazy, I kept hearing him yell and curse... but it wasnt his fault I can read minds, so i shut up.

Hours later, the pilots order came to fasten the seatbelts. Thor didnt look like he was going to do it, so a pretty stewardess came forward to do it for him. She gave him a smile and he just continued to ponder over what to say to his mother.

"Where to!?" she asked me. "Mr. Stark said you need to be dropped of somepleace special." she smiled like 'special' meant 'romantic' or 'exotic' or... something to that effect.

I stared at her. "Special!? Or specific!?"

"Oh... i suppose you're right."

Also makes sense dad would hire a tall blonde with a big rack. Mom is definitely on vacation somplace.

"Stora Sjöfallet.... we'll take a helipcopter there i guess...?"
