First Day

Lily's POV

I got ready and came down for breakfast after check for the millionth time I had everything I needed in my backpack. I finally came down to breakfast.

Jacob: Morning my beautiful half sister.

Lily: Morning Jacob.

Jacob: You ready for your first day of middle school?

Lily: Kind of, I miss wearing a uniform.

Jacob: Oh yeah I forgot you wore one at your old school, it's fine my school is just a block away from yours so if you ever need me call or visit.

Lily: I will.

Jacob: Now come on, I'll drop you off for school

Jacob: Have fun at school, make loads of friends and remember if you need me my school is just a block away so call or visit me.

Lily: I don't think I'll be making many friends.

Jacob: Trust me I think you're going to be very popular. See you later sis.

Lily: Bye.

He drove off leaving me to climb the steps on my own, just then a girl in a cheerleading uniform came over to me.

??:Hi use must be our new exchange student, you know, Jovante's girlfriend.

Lily: Yeah, how did you know?

??: I had a feeling, I'm Asia by the way and you are?

Lily: I'm Lily.

Asia: You look like the cheerleading type? You gonna try out to be a Tiger?

Lily: I used to cheerlead but I don't think I'm going to try out.

Asia: But you'll think about it right?

Lily: I'll think about it.

Asia: Great! Anyway, I better go your boyfriend's coming this way.

Lily: Ok talk to you later.

Asia: Come sit with me at lunch.

Lily: I will.

She walked off to join the other cheerleaders.

Lily: Hey baby.

Jojo: Hey babe, why were you talking to Asia?

Lily: Oh she came over to say hi.

Jojo: Really? Half the school hate me and she's one of them.

Lily: Well I guess things are just coming up your way.

Jojo: Yeah, so I'll walk you to your locker?

Lily: Locker 402.

Jojo: 402? That's next to Drew's I used to get slammed up against it all the time.

Lily: Oh joy, where's your locker?

Jojo: Number 151.

Lily: I'll remember that.

Jojo: Come on I'll walk you to your locker.

Jojo: I'd love to stay and chat but I've got backpack full of stuff that if I don't get into my locker I'll rupture my spine.

Lily: You do that, don't wait for me I have to go see the headmistress.
