I woke up and yawned before I heard Gerard mumble something quietly. I was confused, but I giggled as I realized he was still sleeping. I hardly ever saw him sleeping when I wasn't, because he always woke up so much earlier than me. Now I realized how cute he really was when he slept. I loved all the little snores and noises that occasionally left his mouth. His hair was disheveled and spread all over his pillow. He looked adorable.
I watched him for a little while longer before he finally began to wake up. He chuckled slightly as he yawned and stretched. "Good morning, baby girl," he said, then he kissed me. I couldn't help but smile at his need for good morning kisses.
"Good morning," I said as we pulled away, then I nuzzled my nose against his. "Last night was amazing," I mumbled.
"It was. That date was perfect," he said as he rested his hand on the side of my face and gently rubbed my cheek with his thumb. I smiled and slightly leaned into his touch. "This is how vacations should be. Just time to relax and unwind with my lady, away from all the horrible shit going on at home."
"Yeah. This is great. We can finally escape all the Mrs. Watson shit. We can be as public as we want and not have to worry about anything except the occasional weird look like the one the cashier lady gave us."
Gerard laughed. "She was so old. She probably knew nothing about young people relationships."
"You're not so young yourself, mister," I joked.
"Hey! You take that back, young lady!"
"Calling me a young lady isn't helping your case, old man," I stated, then I stuck my tongue out at him.
"I'm going to tickle the hell out of you if you don't say sorry."
I whined and scooted all the way to the edge of the bed so I wasn't touching him.
I pouted at him. "I'm sorry," I mumbled under my breath. Both of us started laughing.
"Fine. I forgive you, young lady," he responded. "Now get that cute little butt over here and cuddle with me."
"Fine," I complied, then I slightly scooted towards him. He huffed at how far from him I still was, then he pulled me over to him until I was laying on his chest again.
"That's better," he hummed.
Everything was peaceful until Gerard seemed to realize something. His eyes widened and he bit his lip.
"What's wrong, baby?" I asked.
"I have to face my parents today," he mumbled.
I nodded. "Yes you do," I stated, then I gently rubbed his chest to soothe him. "It's gonna be okay."
"I don't wanna go," he whined, then he pouted at me. "I just wanna cuddle with you all day."
"As good as cuddling all day sounds, you need to go, baby."
"When we get back to California, I'm going to buy you something so nice for sticking with me and talking me into doing this," he said.
"Babe, no. You've already bought me way too much. You're gonna go broke. Especially now that you lost your job because of me."
"I'm not going to go broke, honey. Even though I did lose my job, I have plenty of money left. I'll find a new job before I let myself go broke. And stop blaming yourself for me losing my job! I thought we both decided it was neither of our faults," he murmured, then he lifted his head to place a kiss to the top of mine.

Hayran KurguI used to have a description for this but it keeps deleting itself. Read it if you want. It's a sequel. It's probably badly written. I'm bad at updating ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
