"We should probably head down now," Sarah admitted after a while of her and Jonah being up there in the attic.

They packed everything into one sheet to carry with them, but Sarah realized the door was locked. Jonah tried as well until both of them realized it was no use. They headed back up the staircase and sat back down in the room.

"Well this is great," Jonah sighed.

"I get it; you can only get enough of me," Sarah shrugged.

"I can never get enough of you," Jonah corrected. He shifted himself so that he was right by Sarah. "You know, it's kind of a good thing we're locked in here. It's just more us time, and I don't know about you, but I've wanted this for a while now."

Sarah gazed down and for a moment Jonah figured he had said something wrong, but Sarah suddenly turned toward him and planted a kiss right on his lips.

Sarah cleared her throat and sat back, both of them glancing around the room at anything but eachother.

"Okay," Jonah whispered with a smile. Sarah looked over at him just in time to catch sight of it, and she smiled herself.

"Make any daring moves, I shoot you," Rusk threatened, aiming his gun at Lucille's head.

She sat tied up in a cellar. They were in Mr. Harvey's on-campus living quarters, and this confirmed the theory that they were working together. Mr. Harvey wasn't there in the cellar at the moment, but Rusk was threatening enough.

"Make any cries for help, I shoot you. This can be very easy for us-" he knelt down and took her locket into his own hand gently just before yanking it off her neck. He stood back to full height. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name."

Lucille hesitated with fear for a moment. "Lucille."

"Lucille," he repeated. "Your friends are going to miss you, Lucille."

He clutched onto the locket and left the cellar while Lucille tried to hold back her terror, anger, and sadness. She couldn't see how anyone would know where she was, although it was on campus, the rest of Sibuna was never affiliated with it before.

It took a while before Jared ceased in attempting to tear the entire gatehouse apart in search for Lucille. William convinced him that she wasn't there at all nor was Rusk, and that he had to have thought ahead as to not bring hostages to that one location anymore.

"What do we do?" Jared asked hopelessly.

"We have to tell someone," William declared. "An adult has to know-"

"-why? How much better can they do than us?"

"Well...well Mr. Rainier knows Rusk. He's a common enemy of us all. Maybe he'll help."

"We'll wait a bit before telling him," Jared finalized as he headed out of the gatehouse, followed closely by William.

Rachel and Tyler felt isolated in the house considering half of the students were gone and two of the students were locked in the attic. They ran into eachother in the foyer which commenced their first official encounter since Tyler scolded her for being so careless.

"Hi," Rachel greeted softly.

"You know I-" Tyler stopped himself and started again. "When I said I gave you up, it was nothing. And-and when I told you you were a careless heartbreaker, I-I didn't-"

"-you were right," Rachel admitted.

"I'd still like to be your friend, if that's alright."

Rachel was about to respond, but Jared and William suddenly came in through the door. Rachel nodded to Tyler to follow her outside and just soon after, Niamh had arrived back. She went straight after Jared who was just sitting down in his room.

"Turns out I didn't need you," Niamh crossed her arms. "They're going to get working on all the legal papers immediately."

Jared didn't say anything, but Niamh recognized a distressed expression on his façade.

She continued. "Thanks for coming anyway." She considered leaving but stuck around a bit longer. "Is Lucille okay?"

"She's kidnapped," Jared gritted through his teeth. He seemed so pained to say those words, and Niamh could clearly infer how much he really cared about her.

"Do you know by whom?"

Jared looked up at her. He didn't want to end up worrying her any bit more or drag her into this by admitting that it was in fact her brother who had done this, so he just shook his head and his gaze fell.

"Okay. Well you know where to find me if you need anything." With that, she headed out.

It wasn't until a few moments later that Jared remembered Sarah and Jonah and had gone to release them from the attic. He brought William with him so they could go ahead and explain what happened to Lucille. They all considered Jared and William's compromise of looking for her themselves and waiting before they were to tell anyone, but they wouldn't want to wait too long, especially if they were completely incapable of finding her.

Rusk and Mr. Harvey were out of earshot of Lucille where the two of them stood in the kitchen, Rusk twirling the Eye of Horus locket in his hand.

"The Chosen One means nothing without all the staff pieces," Rusk muttered.

"And the book," Mr. Harvey reminded.

"I have to go back into Anubis."

"It's too risky-"

"-it's my only choice. You can't be caught betraying them; you're my inside man. Maybe a little blackmail would work on that little Osirion friend of hers..."

"What do you have in mind?"

Rusk paced until his back was facing Mr. Harvey. He slammed the locket on the countertop. "I have a plan."

Well...that's the chapter for you all. I hope you enjoyed it, and for now here are the discussion questions. Well just one discussion question, but eh.

Do you think Rusk will be successful in his blackmailing attempt?

Okay, until next time Aristocrats!
