Back to School

"Jane wake up girl we got school" Misty said pushing me.

"No. I want to sleep " I grumbled.

"Girl come on. Get up lazy " she said.

"No " I said and covered myself more.

"Hurry or I won't help you get ready" she said.

I woke up and went to the shower grumbling. I mean yes I wanted to go to school instead of being home but I wasn't use to waking up early anymore. After the shower I found Misty looking through my closet.

"Mind if I borrow a shirt. I have this pretty skirt,jacket and boots but I don't have a shirt to match " she said.

"Sure" I said.

"Here how about you wear these shorts and shirt " I said.

"I don't want to freeze. I'm not like you. I always wondered how you could wear skirts when it's cold guess I finally found out" I said laughing.

"Well yea. I mean I can't wear warm clothes because then I feel like I'm sweating in clothes" she said.

"Well we wouldn't want a sweating Misty" I said laughing.

"You got that right. Besides your a vampire now. Cold doesn't affect you " Misty said.

"Yea I guess but I will wear um these black tights and um this red crop top and the black leather jacket. Hmm and the red combat boots" I said.

"Nice choice. Well I'm going to change quick in your bathroom" she said and ran to the bathroom.

I put on my bra and panties on then started to dry my hair.After putting my tights on and my combat boots on, I heard a whistle. I turned to see it was Misty. I rolled my eyes and put on my red shirt on.

"Damn girl can I be you" she said whistling.

"Shut up" I said and put my shirt on.

"Seriously you have a awesome body" she said wiggling her eyebrows.

"Come on let's go" I said ignoring her comment and grabbed my stuff and jacket.

We walked downstairs and found out everyone left except Drew and Derek. Misty went with Drew an I went with Derek in his black Camero. The ride was silent after he commented on my appearance. I said the same thing because he looked handsome. At school it was a bit weird because as soon as I stepped out of the car everyone turned to look at me. Derek grabbed me from my waist and brought me closer to him. Somehow it didn't feel right. So I smiled slightly and stepped away.

The day went fine and everyone kept Angel away from me. Teachers were happy to have me back and even Mr.Hicks is nice to me. He is NICE TO ME. I mean so weird. Lunch was good except Justin was sitting with the football team and I couldn't help but feel a bit sad. When I got home I thought maybe things are going to be okay. I went to bed that day and thought I can get through this.

Now it's been a week since I returned to school.Today it was a sunny Friday so I was wearing high waists shorts, white tank, cardigan,flats, and shades.My hair was done and I didn't bother with make up.

I was walking to class thinking if how my life changed so quickly.I was just a human and well now I'm a hybrid. I'm still not use to looking like a fucking Victoria Secret model walking in school because now I get more hate from the girls an guys drool rivers over me! Derek has lost it on two guys already. One whistled when I walked by wearing tights yea that guy ended up stuffed in a locker. The second one slapped my ass and Derek snapped his hand and broke it. Now its safe to say that guys lust over me in silence. I walked down the hallway ignoring everyone because it's always the same. Girls with their stupid comments that I'm a whore,slut, skank,and blah blah blah. I honestly didn't care, I was always in my little world thinking about how half of me is missing. Jason said it might be me missing being human.
