Chris POV

" Jane is Chris fee-what in the hell are you doing! " Saxon said pushing me off Jane.

I hissed at him.The taste of her blood was amazing. It was very sweet and intoxicating. Her blood was like a drug and it made me snap out of Emilie's influence on me. But the taste of her blood was so amazing. It satisfied me but at the same time I couldn't get enough. He was in my way of feeding. No blood has ever made me like this, and I wanted more.

"Chris what the fuck ! Jane is weak already. Keep going and you will drain her dry " Chris yelled.

I froze in my spot, I looked down and saw Jane. She looked paler and her breathing was barely noticeable. Her heartbeat was low and I felt like a moron. Fuck I drank her blood ! I moved awake quickly and fell back. Did I really do this? Saxon licked his finger and smeared it on he wrist. Quickly before my eyes her wrist healed shut.

"What were you thinking dude?" Saxon asked glaring at me.

"Watch it Saxon. I'm still your ruler" I hissed.

"Well she is my queen and I will protect her even from you " Saxon hissed.

"You will learn your place Saxon" I growled and pushed him away.

"She's my queen and I will protect her. You are the one that's her danger and I will keep you from continuing to harm my queen" he growled and pushed me.

I flew back into a table because I never expected his outburst. His loyalty to her was stronger than to me. I stood up feeling a unimaginable anger. I never felt so angry before. I grabbed his shoulder and threw him out the door. I ran towards him and picked him up and shoved him against the wall before he could react. I lifted him off the ground and growled.

"Mine " I snarled.

"She isn't yours " he growled but looked away.

"She is mine and you better remember your place. My friendship with you will not allow your disrespect " I snarled.

"Christian do not harm my guard " Rose said.

Her voice was so enchanting to my ears. I dropped him and moved away. Looking into her golden eyes shinning had me in front of her in the matter of seconds. Her vampire had taken over and she radiated power. I trembled with desire to do anything to please her.

"My queen. Please forgive my lack of protection for your safety. I'm terribly ashamed for I have failed you my queen"Saxon said.

"It is alright. Guard. Leave it be. Go get me blood. I need to feed. Jane hasn't feed me nearly enough. Do not enter when you return. Leave the blood in the fridge and take the rest of the night to rest. I want to be left alone with my mate " Rose's vamp said.

I was mesmerized by her vamp side. Her scent begged and called her to be more closer. I needed her to be with me. Just a little while to let her know my love for her.

"My queen he is not your mate,Derek and the other were -brother is your mates" Saxon corrected her.

I was about to snap when I noticed her eyes turn black. Her energy surrounding we became dangerously strong. Her vamp was furious and her fangs became a bit more longer. This look brought her to look sexy but dangerous. A lethal combination for any to have but I couldn't help but feel content at her sight.

"Do you question me? Leave at once. Do not anger me and make you suffer my guard " she snarled.

Saxon left quickly and shut the door. She walked to the bed and laid down. I tried relaxing because I felt so angry and it was making me hungry. I went to sit on a chair. I needed to control my desire to bed my mate. She would never forgive me if I lost control. I groaned and laid back to stare at the ceiling. She shouldn't have given me her blood. I won't ever be able to get that taste out of my mind. The room was silent for a long while until she broke it.
