     You stole him from me

Jane POV

I cried in Justin's arms. This was one of my fears and it was becoming my reality. I didn't want to loose my family. I pulled him closer and cried until I couldn't anymore. Justin rubbed my back and I started to feel more calm. Justin seemed to always make me either relaxed or nervous.

"Justin who were you in my life?" I asked sadly.

"I know you want to know but I don't think now is the right time " he whispered looking down.

I pulled away and looked into his eyes. He had so much sadness inside them. For a second I felt selfish. I was crying so much and he tried to comfort me even tho he was sad.

"Are you okay Justin ?" I asked.

"I'm ok " he whispered looking into my eyes.

We both starred into each others eyes. Justin always was a mystery to me but today his walls were crumbling. I never seen Justin look so sad. He always seemed happy and calm. Did he fight with Leah?

"Justin did you fight with Leah ? " I asked curiously.

"No we didn't fight " Justin said quickly.

"Then why are you so sad?" I asked.

Before Justin could respond Chris walked in with Derek. Justin moved away from me and he put on his poker face.

"We have to leave now Jane. The alpha from Blood Moon is getting violent. He doesn't appreciate being beaten and us being here " Chris said looking tense.

"Babe I'm sorry. We tried to calm him. But then he not only threaten to break the alliance but also with death match " Derek said hugging me.

"I don't want to leave my family " I said.

"He thinks you want his pack " Jason said.

"But I don't " I said quickly.

"We know that. We tried telling him but he doesn't believe us. He wants to do a death match for the alpha title " Chris said.

"Only way to get him to agree to drop it was to tell him you weren't in the pack anymore" Derek whispered.

"What!? " I screamed.

"I'm sorry babe but he's Misty's uncle. She's scared you will let him kill you or you kill him. You both mean a lot to her" Derek said.

It was official. I had to leave everyone behind. I couldn't cause Misty a heartbreak like this. She didn't deserve to have to choose between family and friends. I had to leave. There wasn't any option. I guess my actions were horrible. I should have never challenged the alpha. I should of just left it at saving his daughter. I sighed and turned to face Chris.

'There isn't another way?" I asked.

"No" Chris said looking away.

"So I have to abandon my pack?" I asked.

"No. They know you aren't leaving them. You're doing this to protect them. They understand " Chris said.

I didn't want to leave. I hugged Derek back. I didn't want to leave him. Being away from him was killing me and now that I had to leave for good was even worse. I buried my head in his neck. I needed him with me.

"Derek I can't leave and stay away from you. I need you at my side " I said

" I can't babe. I can't leave the pack " he whispered.
