The carriage door opened and Rosemary got out. I sat up and went to the door. An arm was stretched out to help we with the step down.I grabbed the leather gloved hand and stepped out onto the street.
Curious, I looked around at the street we got out on. It had only a few street lights still burning to light up our path. Snow was piled on the edges of the road but still glittered the center. The only thing marking it's clean-white surface was the two lines pressed in by the carriage we came in.
"Where are we exactly?" I asked turning to Rosemary who was leaning against the carriage door.
"We are in the lower city parts, West Willburg street." A male voice said next to Rosemary.
A tall hooded figure was at the front of the carriage, being covered by the shadow cast by the vehicle.
He stepped out into the light where I could see him better. He ripped off his hood revealing short Raven colored hair, clean subtle skin, and light colored eye.
"Storm?" I said trying to identify the figure in front of me.
The Raven haired boy gave me and nodded.
It was Storm, it was just hard to know it's him without. . . his mask. Now able to see his whole face, not hiding behind a sky blue mask, I could finally see his whole face in all its. . . glory?
The Prince was very attractive, I can't lie, he really was. As I looked at him I felt the blood rush to my cheeks.
His spiky dark hair almost hung over his robin egg eyes looking straight into mine. His perfectly carved chin below his lustrous pink lips which formed a smirk as he looked at me.
This must have been his first time looking at me so close without a mask. . . wait. . .
how long have I been staring at him?
I quickly looked to the ground, cheeks still full of heat. Staring at my shoes in awkward embarrassment. Only soon to see to black leather boots a line with my brown ones.
I look up to see Storm standing only a few inches away from me. If my cheeks weren't already red before. . . they were now.
"I believe this is yours." I said taking a long white cloth from him neck and wrapped it around mine.
I looked down at the piece of soft fabric that was just given to me.
"My scarf!" I cheered with excitement wrapping it more around my cold neck.
"But where. . . ?"
"Mira told me to give it to you." Storm said in a smooth-calm tone.
"Why? How did she. . . ?"
"I don't know. She just told me to give it to you when we left."
"Oh ok." I said snuggling myself into my special white scarf.
"I'll go get the bags." Storm said making his way to the back of the carriage.
"I'll help." Rosemary said joining him.
"Thank you." I chirped, I'm glad I was reunited with my scarf.
The both of them unloaded the carriage, which was about five or six bags. I offered my assistance but they said it was fine and that the carriage was almost unloaded.
I leaned up against the carriage trying to keep myself warm in the snowy weather.
I nuzzled nose in my white checkered scarf. It was still warm from when Storm wore it. I don't know how they can still be warm in this kind of weather, but I was glad my scarf was cozy so my face would stop getting nipped by the subtle wind.Once Storm and Rosemary finished gathering the suitcases, they placed two of them in front of me.
"So what are all these for?" I asked picking up the pair of luggage in front of me.
"They are all yours." Rosemary said picking up two near the carriage wheel.
"Mine?" I questioned picking up the suitcases.
"Mira gathered all the things she thought you might need." Storm informed me, grabbing two large suitcases in front of him.
"So much stuff. . . " I trailed off looking at all the suit cases, wondering what was in all of them.
"Wait what about your stuff?""Our things are already put away." Said the Raven haired prince.
"Put away? Where?"
"In here." Rosemary said pointing to a small oak door.
