~Storm's Point of view~

The door closed and she was out of sight. My mind was now doubting our whole conversation we had earlier. But it had to be said. My Princess had to know eventually.

"What did you do?" Nova asked.

I turned to her, a tired sigh leaving me.
I scratched the back of my head and replied,
"I just told her everything she should know before we explained the plan."

"How far did you go?" Rosemary ask me.

"I just told her about the thieves real goal and. . . that she. . ."

"Is your future bride?" Gale interjected.

"Yeah."

Everyone went quiet, the only ideas spread around was in each other's minds.
I moved, sitting down in my desks near the middle of the room.
I put my elbows on my knees, head in hands.

She probably won't talk to me after this.
Nashi. . . won't want to talk to me after all of this.

"I'll start picking up breakfast." Nova said, followed by a chair sliding against the floor.

"I'll help." chirped Rose.

It was now 11:00am. Nashi has now been gone for about an hour now. I'm worried.

To get some of my nerves down, I began to pace the floor. Or at least I hadn't noticed until Gale pointed it out.

"Storm, the floor is already wore enough. You don't need to ware it down anymore."

I stopped where I stood. He was right. Walking around wasn't going to do me any good.
I needed to go find Nashi to see if she was okay.

"Come on, Storm. Let's go." Gale said, moving over and picking up his jacket off his desk chair.

"How did you. . . ?" I began to say.

"Storm, I know you. I can tell you want to go too. Come on, let's go." Gale replied, walking towards the exit.

"Right." I said, locating my coat and putting it on. "Thanks Gale." The two of us then left just after.

"Where should we start?" I asked Gale who was looking around from our yard.

"Left." He said with surety.

"Why left?"

"Look." He said, pointing to the ground.

And sure enough, there was a path of faded footprints slowly getting cover by the snow, heading left.

"Let's move quickly before they get covered." I said, racing in the same direct as the footprints led.

Breath being drawn in and out really quickly. The sun hidden behind the clouds and the clouds shedding tears of white.
We ran.

The boot prints of a young women were slowly fading as we went on. We had to be quick. We had to run.

I ran as fast as my legs could take me.
But this was all so strange. These feelings I have, worrying for someone.

Before, I never really cared to much for anything. I didn't have a care in the world. You could say I was a care free Prince that wasn't concerned with. . . anything really.

But this. . . this was different. She was different.

"Storm, stop." Gale called out from a few paces behind me.

I turn to see Gale standing a good distance away from me. He must have previously stopped sooner than me.

"Why? See something?" I asked to his previous statement.

"The prints, they stop." He said pointing to the ground.

He was right. The prints stopped at the practice field. But there was more than just one set of foot prints. There were many.

"It seems something big happened here." Gale said looking down at the snow with his penetrating red eyes.
"A struggle."

"A struggle?" I questioned, apprehensively.

"Yes, you see." I mumbled, directing my attention to two large streaks in the snow.
"Someone was dragged."

"By men?" I said looking a the large boot marks in the snow.
"Yes, many. And. . . a women."

Gale pointed out another young ladies prints in the snow. They lead out into the field with Nashi foot prints.

"And look!" I said following the tracks.

I reached down and picked up a wet blob on the ground, all covered in ice.

"Nashi's scarf."

"So Nashi was here." My green haired friend said approaching me.

"Yeah." I confirmed glumly.

I looked down at the wet mound in my hands.
I was hoping this event didn't involve her. But it clearly did.

"Question, Storm." Gale said.
"Well two actually." He said pinching the air above the scarf.

"Was Nashi wearing her hat when she left. . . and do you know anyone with blue hair like this? "

I looked at Gale's pinched fingers. There he held a long dark blue hair.

"S-She wasn't." I said with extreme worry.

"And the hair?" Gale said holding it closer to me.

"Wendy."
