"So now the other residents of this colony have been enraged all this time and now seek for you as a deed undone. I assume they hoped to hunt you down at the ball and. . ."

"Kill me." I whimpered.

Storm nodded.

"I. . . I don't know what to say." I mumbled as tears threatened to leave my eyes.

"It's alright, Nashi. This whole plan is made to keep you safe and to return my Mother to safety." Storm said, reassuringly.

I was in so much shock that the sorrow in my heart was only strong enough to make cold, silent tears stream down my face.

I looked down at the ground. I didn't want to see Storm's face though all my tears.

I placed my hands over my leaking eyes. I didn't. . . I didn't. . .know.

His uncle. . .his mother. . .all because of. . .

me.

All of a sudden, I felt myself being lifted up into a warm embrace. I remove my hands to see Storm holding me the same way he did that one night I went up to hug him.

"Please, Nashi. . . please don't cry."

My arms stayed at my side; they were to scared to move. Rivers still being created by my eyes flowed as I just stood in this wonderful embrace with. . . my prince.

"I'm sorry." I cried in a soft and shameful voice.

"All is forgiven my dear." He said kindly.

After my checks dried and my eyes stop, Storm slowly unwrapped his arms around me. While still in his gentle yet more open hug, he asked,
"Do you want to hear more, my dear? I have a little bit more to tell you."

"Yes, I will hear it." I chirped nervously.

Storm and I sat on his bed and he began to explain something very. . . interesting to me.

"Going off what I just told you, my father's reaction to all this wasn't what you would call. . . calm.
He was very displeased that his younger brother had died by the Fire Kingdom's hands, that he threaten war against them."

I nodded, interested on what he had to say.

"Your Father was very angry as well, but didn't want another war to occur.
He planned a meeting between the two nations. It would determine war or peace."

My eyes widened in wonder at all of this I've never heard before.

"The kings met together and after a long talk they came to a decision of peace."

I sighed with relief, almost as if what he was saying was events happening now.

"But this decision was more complicated than that. Both kings didn't just brush of the insistent, they both wanted something in return. Almost like a symbol that both kingdoms can never go to war because of. . . promise, one could call it."

"What was the symbol?" I asked.

"The symbol was. . .well. . ." Storm laughed airily and awkwardly.
". . .an arranged marriage."

"Arranged marriage?" I repeated.

"Yes. . . the uh. . . Ice Prince." He began to say.
"and. . . the. . . fire princess were arranged to be married in the future and so when they did the kingdoms would be united in someway." Storm ended, looking at me for my reaction.

"Ice prince. . . and. . . fire princess?" I asked, slowly pointing from Storm to me.

Storm nodded.

I dropped my hands down in my lap and looked at them.
"When was this plan going to be complete?"

"At that time. . . distant future. Now, . . soon." He informed me.

"I see." I whisper, standing up.

"W-. . . where are you going?" He asked as I made my way towards the door.

"I'm going outside for a walk for some fresh air and to get my mind straight." I mumbled, opening the door.

I walked out into the main part of Fairy Tail and made my way for the front door.
I felt everyone's eyes on me but no words left their mouths.

I opened the front door and stepped out into the cool morning.

Standing on the other side of the closed door I heard Reiki say,
"Guess something wrong happened between you and your wife."

"Shut it, Reiki." Storm mumbled with a sigh.

I was able to smile at their mini conversation but I didn't stay to hear more. I walked out onto the side walk and up in the direction towards the field.
