                            ~Storm's POV~

"Yeah." A female voice confirmed, joining Gale and I in our fast pace.

The three of us charged into the night in the icy cold darkness.
The wind whipped through my hair and wore down my revealed skin.

My body began to ache, becoming heavier and heavier as I went. I was almost to my physical limit...but I had to keep going.

Suddenly out of the blank night a light stuck out in the distance.
Two....three....seven....several warm lights pierced the empty night.

That must be where Nashi is.

I pushed myself to continue, heading to the only clue I had of Nashi's location.

Please be the right place.

Nova and Gale seemed to catch on to my prediction. They began to clearly understand their goal and headed towards the yellow lights as well.

Venturing closer and closer to our target it became clear what the lights were.
Bright flames dancing on torches being held by ice-colony men.

Their light lit a wooden stage-type platform, lightly glazed by white snow.

Nova, Gale, and I approached the men quietly, the only sound coming from us was the crunch of ice under our feet.
This light noice was covered by the chatter of the group here first.

We hid in the shadows of the night when we got close enough to the location to be able to observe it in detail.

Wendy could be seen at the ground, standing in front of the stage. A pair of men were at her side while she looked excitedly at the stage.

With the torches slowly being lit I couldn't tell what she was so intertained at from this point but I knew it made her smile.

"Lady Wendy!" An unfamiliar male voice called out, resonating from a young man running up to the scene.

"Yes, what is it?" She barked, half turning her attention away from the platform.

"Three figures were seen heading in this direction not too long ago." He panted.

The maiden turned her full attention to the messages after his words.

"Three?" She repeated with a slight smirk.

"Yes, Lady Wendy." The young man said nervously, like he feared the maiden he addressed.
"They appeared to be armed."

Wendy's smirk grew as she filled with an eerie excitement. She made her way into the stage and walked over to someone already on it.

Squinting in the night to see what she was going exactly I figured out what she was doing.

The blue haired maiden pulled out a hand gun from her boot and held it up to......

My Mother's head.

Fear clung in her eyes as the weapon was held to her head. She stood there helplessly as her life hung on a thread.

"Come out Storm!" Wendy called out in no particular direct.
"I know your here! Come out or I'll shoot!" She cackled.

My heart skipped a beat at her words.
Was she really going to shoot my Mother?
Was Wendy really going to shoot the person who was like a sister to her?

My brain flooded with many possibles of what would happen if I stepped out and revealed myself.
But then again....what would happen if I didn't?

What would be the right decision to make so my mother would be safe in the end.

I looked to my comrades from there responce.
Nova had tear stained cheeks from the previous horror. She looked into my eyes with pools of sorrow in hers.

Nova said nothing. All she did was lower her head and shed a few more tears.

Gale's reaction was different. He gave me a confident stern look, but still light with remorse for me.

He nodded his head in assurance, determined that stepping out was the right choice.
I looked into his eye and nodded too.
I turned away from the two of them and stepped it into the light. With a deep breath and brave face I demanded,

"Stop"
