Purple Sparkle

>Nashi's POV<

I entered into my chambers and sighed lightly.
I slipped off my shoes by the door and walked over to the mirror.

My face was accented pink in its more thinner regions like the nose and my cheeks from how long I was out in the cold.

I shivered a few times as I moved around, trying to warm myself up.

"Excuse me? Princess Nashi?" I heard a female's voice say.

It was coming from the other side of my chamber door. She knocked a few times on the door before I hurried over to the entry.

Upon opening the door I saw a short maiden in a Ice Kingdom maid outfit. She had short curly locks that reminded me of the color of moss found on the forest floor. She looked up at me with sparkling purple eyes, a gentle smile across her face.

"Hello Princess Nashi!" She chirped happily.

"Hello...who are you?" I asked her.

"I'm Asuka! Asuka Connell!"

"Oh, it's nice to meet you Asuka." I told the bright young maiden.

"I was sent to get you ready for this evenings event!"

"Oh ok! Please come in."

Asuka stepped into my room in a lively manner and look around a bit. She looked back at me and smiled saying, "Your room is very lovely Lady Nashi."

"Why thank you Asuka," I told her, closing the door, "what should we do first?"

"Well I was instructed to make sure you look like a queen. You have to look really official for this evening." She told me.

"Alright then, should we go to the closest first?"

"Sure!" She hummed happily, excited about something.
Maybe that's just her character.

Even though Asuka was shorter than me, I was sure she was much older. Her height gave off child but her eyes told the story of experience.

"You have a lot of pretty dresses Lady Nashi!" Asuka chirped in excitement.

"Yes, almost too many." I commented, "oh and Asuka, you can just call me Nashi."

"Are you sure Mi'lady?" She questioned, looking to me.

"Yes, I'm sure."

She smile grew widely as she said,
"Yay! Ok Nashi, are you ready to start?"

"Yes."

>Third Person POV<

Princess Nashi was dressed and ready, just in time too. The event tonight was not known by the princess. All she was told was it was important.

When she asked Asuka about it all she said was 'You will find out soon enough.'

The princess left her chambers and was escorted outside the castle.

"Where are we going?" The princess asked her escort kindly.

"I was told to remain silent during our venture Princess. Apologies." Was all the soldier said.
