>Nashi's continued<The morning light creeped over the horizon, shining lightly through my bedroom window.
I was getting ready early for today's events.
No one should be late to a funeral.Conveniently, I had a formal black dressed packed for an event such as this.
One always drapes ones self in black in sorrow for the loss of a loved one.I left my hair down but clipped my bangs neatly with a black flowery barrette.
My dress was somewhat large with black lace covering the skirt portion. As I began to slip on some simple black shoes I heard a light knock at my door.
Who would be visiting me at this time?
I stepped over to the entrance and opened it a little. And there I saw him.
Prince Storm.
"Storm?" I said in a nervous alarm.
"Hello my dear." He said in hushed tones.
I could feel my cheeks turn a little pink from hearing his voice but I didn't let that distract me.
"Can I help you with something?" I kindly asked raven haired Prince.
"Yes...I need you to come with me." He said sternly yet softly.
"But the funeral isn't until..."
"I know," he interjected, "this is for something else."
"Oh. What is it?"
"I need to tell you about Reiki."
"Reiki? What's wrong with him?"
"I'll explain on the way."
Flashback...
>Storm's POV<I left the courtyard with my father and enter back into our home.
Both of us didn't exchange a word as we walk through those doors, back to our familiar surroundings. After entering, we were about to part ways but something else was brought to my attention.
A young maiden in soldier uniform approached my father. She looked a bit nervous but still walked with determination.
"Lord Gray, I was told to give you a report on concerns happening in the dungeons." She told her king.
"Continue." My father muttered, not breaking eye contact with the floor.
"There are three youth in the dungeons claiming that they were not involved with the actions of Wendy. The trio protest that they shouldn't be locked up."
That's when I finally realized who the three could be.
Rosemary, Gale, and Nova. Before my father could respond I said,
"I'll deal with this matter. Please take me to the three."My father just nodded and continued on his way.
The maiden had not protested, beginning to make her way back to the dungeons with me.As the two of us made our way through the castle, this soldier reminded me of someone.
"I never asked your name." I piped up.
