Last Charge

~Storm's POV~

"We go through the front, right? I could take the rest down." Nova mumbled smirking, pulling out one of her knifes.

"Yes, but we will go together, Nova. Patience." I whispered.

"Every well." Nova said with a sigh.

It was now to the point where there is no going around the issue of having to hurt people now. This was a mini war that we are gravely outnumbered in, there was no room for messing around.

"Avoid killing, just go for limbs and weapons." I instructed.

"Right." Reiki and Nova quietly chanted in unison.

The three of us leaped out of the natural scenery and out to the unsuspecting warehouse guards. Reiki on my left and Nova on my right.

My red headed comrade was first to strike. Reiki let's out a few arrow at the people who first noticed us coming.
Arrows penetrated their limbs, hands, feet, and the occasional weapon held out. Moans and cries could be heard protruding from the men's lips.

Then, miss blonde hair started up as well. Nova was smart in the fact that any chance she got her knifes would only hold fabric down to wood walls and the ground, not hurting people but holding them down in a way. I left her to what she was doing because I was more worried about Reiki.

Nova and I have an attack and protect type of skill while Reiki only have an attack skill with his bow. Meaning, while Nova can fight with her knifes when people are far away and when people are right in front of her fighting a one on one. For me, I can use my guns from far way battle and sword for close up. Then Reiki, who I've stayed close to, can only fight with his arrows when people are a good distance away. Most of the time you can't fight with a bow at point blank range when someone has already begun attacking you.

So for now, I stuck with Reiki. . . just in case.

"Storm!" I hear Nova yell from a good distance away.

"Yeah?" I call back.

"The men from the forest have returned! They're starting to join the fight!"

I looked towards the wood. She was right.
A good sized group of men where charging towards us from the forest. In about thirty seconds, they'd be in the fight.

"Reiki! Nova! Come with me!" I cried, heading towards the warehouse entrance.

The two of them finished off the last few guys they had on them and scurried towards me.

"We have to make a large push towards the door, we can't keep doing this for long!" I said over the loud crowd around us.

My comrades agreed by nodding weakly. We were all tired, our strength was almost gone.

"Ok. . .now!" I yelled, the three of us charging towards the entrance.

We dodged the last arrows, knifes and fists before we could react the door.

"Ouch!" Reiki yelled when we were only a few feet from the door.

"What is it, Reiki?" I asked, looking back at him.

"It's nothing! Let's go!" He said over all the voices of the enemy.

Continuing, we finally reached the door. Reiki and I pulled it open quickly and ran in with Nova. We held back the last few men from the door and swiftly closed it.

Many on the other side started to bang on the wood door, pushing to try to enter.

"Nova! Lock the door!" I called out, Both Reiki and me holding the door shut.

Nova ran towards the side of the door, with all her might she slid the wood plank lock over the two doors, sealing us from the out side.

The males on the other side of the door hit on the doors still as the three of us fell to the ground from exhaustion.
