Rain.

Nico sighed in annoyance as the rain began to fall from the sky. The bus stop offered no shelter whatsoever as Nico stood, unsuccessfully trying to stay dry. With every passing minute, Nico became much more soaked. His hair clung onto his forehead and his coat seemed like it weighed a ton! The bus tires screeched to a stop and Nico boarded it. He had half a mind to yell at the driver for arriving 10 minutes late. Of course, maybe it wasn't the drivers fault. Rain sometimes delayed things. Thunder roared, and Nico shuddered. He wasn't too keen on rain. Call him paranoid, but he always had a teeny fear about getting struck by lightning. (Admit it...we all have this fear) Nico closed his eyes, the tiredness of the day swamping him.

"Hey Neeks! How was your day?" Nico looked up, and saw Will at the dining table, piles of papers around him.

"Terrible. Everything went wrong today, I swear. I'm actually surprised that I didn't murder someone already." Will chuckled in reply, and he stood up, walking toward Nico.

"Well..." He whispered to Nico, "Let me make it better."

Nico flushed, and began to stammer.

"I really, don't-. I mean, I would love-" Nico's words were interrupted as Will's lips found their way to his.

The kiss was gentle at first, before it became much more heated, more passionate. Will's tongue gently pried open Nico's lips, and entered, eager to explore. Usually, Nico allowed Will to dominate. However, today, he poured out all his frustrations and annoyance into the kiss, and he put up a fight. Nico's resolve weakened and he allowed Will to lead the kiss when Will placed his arms around his smaller frame, stroking the small of his back. Nico tugged gently at Will's soft, blond curls, and moaned softly when Will brushed against a sensitive spot. Will pulled away, and Nico stifled a whine at the loss of contact. He could see the racing pulse on the blond's neck, and grew aware of his own rapidly beating heart.

"You're welcome, babe." Nico flushed, his heart still hammering away in his chest.

"C'mon. You're drenched. Let's get you cleaned up, sweetie."

Thunder rumbled softly, and Nico snuggled deeper into the think blanket that literally smothered him.

"Mean Girls seems like the most stereotypical gay guy's guilty pleasure. Wanna watch?"

"I'll watch whatever if it means that I get to cuddle." Nico said flippantly, before he caught sight of Will's flaming red face.

"Oh my gods, are you...BLUSHING?"

"No! Only you do that." Will fired back, and Nico collasped in a fit of giggles.

"Aw, but you look cute when you blush."

"Hush, Death Boy. Or I will tickle you to death."

Nico was too busy laughing to be annoyed by Will's use of his hated nickname, 'Death Boy.'

"I'm serious!"

"Okay, okay." Nico hiccuped, and calmed down.

Will took a second to take in Nico's flushed and beaming face.

Lightning flashed, brightening up the sky to a light magenta before it darkened again to grey.

Will joined Nico on the couch, him straddling the smaller male, as the television screen begin to light up.

End.
