Chaper Sixty Eight ~Seth~

I followed closely behind Aleena, watching her hair swing back and forth.

When we went inside, Alice was standing there, looking at me.

"What?" I asked her.

She shook her head. "Nothing."

Aleena looked back and forth from the both of us.

"Alice?" she asked. "What is it?"

Alice turned to look at her. "Aleena, can I talk to you?" she glanced at me. "Alone?"

Aleena looked at me.

I nodded. "Yeah, go ahead."

She smiled and kissed me on the cheek. "Go eat some pancakes. I'll be back soon."

I nodded and kissed her on the lips.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you, too."

She smiled and walked off with Alice.

I walked into the kitchen.

"Where's Aleena?" Michelle asked.

"Talking with Alice." I said, sitting down.

"About what?" Esme asked.

I shrugged. "I have no idea. Alice wouldn't tell me."

"Hm." Esme said. She fixed me a plate of pancakes and set it on the table in front of me. "Here." She said, and then walked off.

I looked at Michelle. She shrugged.

I shrugged, and ate my pancakes.
