The shopping centre is about 30 minutes away, so me and Luke agreed to meet at his house, so we can walk together.

I reach his at about 10am. Not even having chance to open the door, I see a mop of blonde hair and a beautiful face.

“Hey!” Luke shouts, he smiles a real big smile.

“Hi” I say back, mocking his large smile. Luke smirks.

Luke wraps his hand around my shoulders, and hugs me. I hug back.

When we separate Luke gestures for me to come inside, which I do. He shuts the door.

“I just gotta grab my phone” Luke says, while running upstairs. I stand in the hallways, awkward as always.

He is gone for about 10 seconds, then jumps down like three steps and looks up at me and smiles.

“Ready!” He shouts, right in my ear.

“Okay” I say back, slightly deafened.

“Bye mum!” He shouts.

“Bye!” Liz shouts back.

I move out of the way of the door and Luke opens it. We step outside and luke grabs my hand. We stroll along, hand in hand, it’s nice.

“So…” Luke says, smirking

“So…” I say mimicking with him

“What movie you wanna see?” He asks, as we walk.

“Um, Catching Fire?” The new sequel to Hunger Games which I was hoping to see.

“Ok, sounds cool”

We walk in silence for the rest of the journey, but not in an awkward way, in a ‘I enjoy your company so much, we don’t even needs words to be happy’ kind of way.

We eventually reach the King’s Court (the local shopping park) at about 10:30.

Me and Luke walk, still hand in hand, towards the cinema. I brought my wallet-like-purse just in case, even though I think Luke won’t let me pay for the tickets.

We reachthe cinema and Luke opens the door for me.

“Ladies first” He says, smirking. What a gentleman.

“Thanks, Luke” I respond. I walk through and Luke follows. We head over to the ticket stall. I reach for my wallet-like-purse, but Luke signals for me to stop.

“No chance” He says “I’ll pay” He smirks.

He slips his wallet from his pocket. It looks quite posh, probably a gift. He opens his wallet, grabs out a £20 note  and says “Two Catching fire please” He says, with a smile.

“£15.84 please” The woman says, smiling back. Luke hands her the note and she takes it from it.

“Next showing 10 minutes” She says, handing Luke two tickets. He says “Thanks” and he grabs the tickets. Me and Luke hold hands again, heading off to the confections stand. There’s a queue of about 4 peoples. We join the queue.

“So…” Luke says “Popcorn?”
