"I had a great time tonight Jacob.", I said to Jacob as he walked me to my door. Jacob is my coworker that I've been seeing for 2 weeks now.

"That's good, that's great. Um-"

"You're still nervous?"

"No, it's cute.", I said chuckling. He smiled, that smile.

"Can I come in? Just for a little bit."

"Umm, not tonight."

"Alright. I'll see you tomorrow beautiful.", he said before kissing my hand. "How about next time I cook?".

"You can cook?"

"Yeah."

"Let me prove you wrong.". I thought about it for a minute. "What do you say?".

"Yes.", I said shaking my head.

"Yes.", I said smiling.

Me:Oh my God Terrence it was amazing.
Terrence:He might be the one.
Me:Maybe, how was yours?
Terrence:It went good.
Me:Not that good since you're on the phone with me.
Terrence:It's only been 2 dates.

He said laughing.

Me:She might be the one boo.
Terrence:Maybe.
Me:Enough with that, how was your day?
Terrence:It's was good, the boys-
Me:I talked to them, I wanna know about your day.

To be honest the feelings are still there but we're just friends, we're good friends.

2 months turned into 4, 6 at the most. I visit them and they visit me. This time it's just Terrence cause it's during the weekdays when we don't have to work.
