(RAIN'S P.O.V)

"HAVE you heard? The guy you chased the other day can't even walk nor move his hands."

No response. Great.

"You practically almost killed him Kai. The guy is the leader of PANTHERS. They'll definitely want to get even. They'll come for us."

"The hell I care."

Is the only thing he said. He just keeps on touching the necklace on his neck. Kaiser had beaten the man into a pulp because while fighting, he was able to pull that necklace from him. That was also the time he and Xian chased the same person.

I don't know the story behind that necklace but it was always the most important thing for him.

"The RAVENS are trying to steal our spot. Aren't you worried?"

He looked at me with his forehead furrowed.

"Rain, we're the ACES."

"I know. I just hate losing."

He smirked and I know I have a one hell devil of a friend.

(DIVINA'S P.O.V)

"GUSTO mo ba samahan na lang kita?"

"Huwag na Nica. Samahan mo na lang dito si Adelyn. Mabilis lang naman ako."

"Baka pwedeng namang sa ibang araw ka na lang magpagawa ng bagong eyeglasses. Sasamahan ka na lang namin."

"Huwag na. Kaya ko naman 'to. I can manage, Nics. Mabilis lang ako."

"Ok. Mag ingat ka. Balik ka kaagad ha."

"May gusto ka bang ipabili?"

"Hmm....kwek, isaw, barbecue tsaka mani. Wala kasing ganun dito eh."

I nodded and smiled at her.

"Ok. Noted."

Umalis na ako at sinimulang maglakad papunta sa napakalaking gate. May passes naman ako kaya wala akong problema sa pag alis.

"Ma'am may susundo po ba sa inyo?"

Tanong sa akin ni manong guard ng makarating ako sa napakalaking gate.

"Ah wala po Manong. Per---"

Nagulat na lang ako ng biglang may bumusina na isang white Lamborghini sa likod ko kaya tumabi naman ako.

"Young Master."

Mas lalo akong nagulat dahil bigla na lang bumaba ang may ari ng kotse. It turned out, it was owned by the Ice Emperor. When he looked at my direction, hindi ko sinasadyang mapatingin din sa kanya. That's when I met his gaze---again. I don't know but for some reasons, I can't feel any fear for this guy. He might be cold and aloof but I feel something different whenever I see those eyes.

"Ma'am, may susundo po ba sa inyo?"

"Wala po. Magkocommute lang po ako."

Alam ko namang sobrang nagtataka ngayon ang guard dahil ang isang estudyante na tulad ko na nag aaral sa S.A WING ay magkocommute. Pero sanay naman na ako. For the past three years we learned to do that.

Iniabot ko sa kanya ang pass pero tila hindi pa rin ito kumbinsido.

"Eh, ma'am ayos lang po ba sa inyo na maglakad ng mahigit dalawampung minuto bago makapunta sa sakayan ng taxi?"
