"THANK you. You saved me out there. I badly need a ride."

Ang tanging usal ko sa taong hindi ko aakalaing makita sa mansion ng mga Fontanilla.

Hindi sya kumibo at tanging paglingon lang ang ginawa nya habang nakaupo ako sa tabi nya.

The memory of that idiot hugging another girl suddenly made a pain in my chest. Alam kong babaero ang unggoy na yun but seeing him stunned as he was caught inside that beautiful girl's arms....

The feeling is unbelievable.

"I don't know why you were there. But you look lost. Did that airhead Fontanilla do something to you?"

Pero umiling lang ako sa sinabi nya.

"Voughn, do you know a lady named Rachel Montecarlo?"

Kumunot ang noo ng lalakeng laging walang pakialam sa mundo. I thought he'll refuse to answer my question but I didn't expect what he said.

"Everyone knows her. Fontanilla's girlfriend."

"G-girlfriend?"

"Yeah. That's what I know."

"She's beautiful..."

I suddenly uttered. Binanggit sakin ni Rosie na Rachel Montecarlo ang pangalan ng babaeng kasama nya. Even her name is pretty.

"I don't think so. You're more beautiful than her."

Kung sa ibang pagkakataon siguro ay baka natawa na ako sa sinabi nya. Pero sa hindi ko maipaliwanag na dahilan, bigla na lang naging iba ang pakiramdam ko sa nakita ko kanina.

"If I didn't know you, I'll think that you're being jealous. Why? Did you see them together?"

Bigla na lang akong napalingon dahil sa sinabi nya at hindi makapaniwalang tinitigan sya.

"W-what are you saying? A-ako? Of course not! Bakit naman ako magseselos? At sa lalakeng unggoy na yun? No way!"

Sunod sunod kong depensa sa sinabi nya. But he only shrugged his shoulders.

"Nga pala, what are you doing outside their mansion? Hindi naman kayo magkaibigan ni Fontanilla ah!"

And he snickered as I mentioned the words.

"Never in my entire life I'd see myself being a friend of a member of ACES."

"Then what are you doing out there?"

Sa halip  na sagutin ang tanong ko ay may kinuha syang envelope sa suot nyang damit at iniabot ito sa akin. Elegantly engraved into it is the name of Mr. and Mrs. Fontanilla.

"We might be enemies but our parents are good business acquaintance. They told me to personally deliver that to his parents but I saw you walking hastily out of their house and you just dragged me back of my car. Very nice move from a lady. Don't you think?"

Napahalukipkip na lang ako dahil sa sarkastikong komento nya. Eh nagmamadali ako kanina eh. Malay ko ba na importante ang pakay nya.

"By the way, bakit mo pala ako hinahanap nung isang araw? My friends said that you were looking for me when you went to our house. Wala akong natatandaang may kasalanan ako sayo ah!"
