"YOU'RE ONII-SAN'S Girlfriend?"

Renji the cute little boy with chinito eyes like the three asked.

We're having lunch right now dito sa isang restaurant sa mall. What's more surprising ay dahil wala man lang katao tao dito at tanging kami lang ang kumakain. Walang mga iba pang costumers na makikita kaya nagtaka naman ako. The guards are standing outside and there are even some inside just a few meters away from us. Ang dami naman yata nilang kasamang bantay.

"You're not onii-san's kanujo. (Kuya's girlfriend) So who are you?"

Bumaling naman ako sa kasama ko na tahimik lang na nakikinig.

"I'm just his..... friend."

"Ryu onii-san doesn't like people. Especially girls. So why would you be his fr--"

Hindi na natapos ng bata ang sasabihin nya na bigla na lang lagyan ng kapatid nya ang bibig nya ng pagkain. The boy named Shin reminds me more of Ryu dahil hindi rin ito palakibo. Hindi katulad ng kapatid nitong si Renji na madaldal.

"Just eat your food and stop talking nonsense."

He said na ikinatawa ko lang.

"Ahm, matanong ko lang. If you don't mind, bakit parang ang dami nyo naman yatang bantay?"

"Well, have you heard the name Raikko Nakamura by any chance, Miss Adelyn?"

"As far as I know he's the owner of RAIKKO TELECOM. Is he your grandfather? I noticed you were named after him."

"Yes. But more than that, he's also one of the Japan's most influential and wealthiest businessmen. Same in here in the Philippines. Kaya naman, bilang mga apo nya, danger is always on our way."

I exactly know and understand what he's saying. Pero..

"Pero hindi ba mukhang sobra naman yata? Look, your guards won't even let people in and take a look of you."

"That's because they're just doing their job. Well, pinareserve na namin 'tong restaurant all for ourselves so it's fine. Isa pa, you won't know baka makidnap na lang isa sa amin if they'll not exactly do what they're being told to do......Right Ryu?"

Napansin ko how Ryu stiffened from his seat and shot a deadly look to his cousin.

Well may point naman sya. I know that danger is always inevitable especially if your parents are filthy rich. But thank God I haven't experience being kidnapped at all.

"What are you doing out here anyway? You're supposed to go home."

"Nagyaya kasi ang dalawang yan na pumunta dito sa mall. We don't have anything to do anyway. We thought you'll be free but it looks like you're.... Busy."

Raikko exclaimed and looked at me. May ibig ba syang sabihin sa sinabi nya?

"We have to go."

Ryu then stood and just messed his nephews' hairs as he grabbed my hand. Napailing na lang ako. I remembered him telling me before that he's not really good in dealing with kids. I guess it even works in his family.

"A-ahm mauna na kami."

Paalam ko as I bowed. Kumaway na lang rin ako sa mga bata na sinuklian rin ni Renji ng pagkaway at ngiti habang tango lang ang sinagot ng batang si Shin at Raikko.

Nang makalayo na kami ay saka lang ako nagsalita sa kasamang kong panay lang ang lakad.

"Your family is nice. I didn't know you have a cousin and nephews. Well I don't even know you have siblings."
